After a year of research, I’m convinced we made the right decision
Although buying a Sauna is not an enjoyable experience, the outcome is great. I had very clear financial limits a year ago when I started my research. That said, I ended up with the mPulse and couldn’t be happier. I was concerned I wouldn’t use it often enough, but find myself in there at least 4x a week - it relaxes me. I can block everything out or watch Netflix on the built in screen. An opportunity would be able to start it when I’m more than 500 yards from my house, how that distance works, idk… but being able to start it while driving home would be great. Scheduling doesn’t work for me currently, but maybe that feature will in the future. Assembly was fairly easy, it took my wife and I about 3 hours. The hardest part was unpacking all the boxes and carrying it to the furthest room in our house. Quality is excellent, heating time is not unreasonable at all, our sauna room temperature is about 70°. I typically use it around 140 for 35-40 minutes, and have had it up to 160 as a trial.

Our sales person, Kate, did a great job answering our questions before ordering a M Pulse Sauna. When we received the sauna, the instructions were to have it assembled in 2 days to ensure that everything is working. The screen was broken upon arrival. This took many phone calls and emails before we actually received truthful information that the part was on backorder. Sending emails stating " we're putting the final touches on your order" when the part was not in stock is not helpful. The part did not arrive for another 3 weeks. In addition, when assembling the sauna, my husband found electrical connections that were not labeled and a USB connection that was not screwed in. He called tech support and spent 90 minutes getting this fixed. He had to remove parts of sauna to access the USB. This lack of quality control is very disappointing considering the price and high recommendations from my doctor for this particular sauna. We asked for some sort of compensation for all these errors and vener heard a reply back. 4 weeks after the sauna was delivered, we finally received the replacement screen and could turn it on! We have really enjoyed using since then, sleeping better and less aches and pains overall.

GREAT Sauna and Customer Service!
I purchased the Signature 1 person sauna. Arrived sooner than expected (yay!) and set up was straight forward and took less than 1 hour w/ 2 people.
After a couple weeks ... realized one of the heating panels wasn't functioning correctly so reached out to the customer service team. The folks I dealt with should teach a class on how to provide stellar service...they were amazing and a replacement panel is on its way.
As others have noted & the user manual makes very clear ... it will take a bit of time for the sauna to get up to temp. However, planning ahead has already become routine and the sauna is ready to go when I'm ready to go!
Overall, a GREAT investment and stellar service to go with it!
