I Love Love Love my mPulse Believe Sauna.

I Love Love Love my mPulse Believe Sauna. Working with Sunlighten, Inc. is so easy. They are always helpful and know all of their products well. Using my sauna every day has helped my skin and reduced my pain from Fibromyalgia. I love the towels that I have ordered.

Perfect salesperson

Very happy so far with our sauna

Very happy so far with our sauna. One minor issue with delivery was addressed and solved quickly. Since we are Apple people it’s taken a minute to adjust to Android software, but again we’ve had good tech support. Oh, and the sauna is working as promised!

Riki was the person that I worked with…

Riki was the person that I worked with and he was fantastic. He gave me a call today, chatted through all of my questions, sent me the details to discuss with my fiancee and helped me complete the purchase this evening. Tabitha was very knowledgable about the sauna options and the benefits of the each type of sauna based on my needs. She was also accessible for questions at various times (late after work for me as well as the weekend) which made it convenient and stress-free to figure out what was the best option for me.

I recently contacted Customer Service

I recently contacted Customer Service. I have had the device for a week and do not care for it. I don't like that the Auto setting will ONLY go on the lowest setting. If you want to do the highest level for 3 minutes each you have to take the mask off each time to reset the various LED’s. I AM STILL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN MY EMAIL AS TO HOW BEST TO RETURN MASK.

Communication and quality

I got the Mpulse 2 person sauna and I absolutely love it. Sunlighten's communication was excellent, within a few days of ordering I got my tracking information and expected delivery date. Unfortunately my sauna was damaged in shipping. Sunlighten reached out quickly and let me know there would be a delay but they would fast track a new unit. During this process they reached out a few times with updates and I got my new unit a week and half after the damage was reported to me.
Assembly of the sauna was very easy, I was using the sauna within 2 hours of opening the first box. The instruction for assembly were easy to follow and all the parts fit together like they should.
The sauna is outperforming my expectations. The bluetooth is easy to connect for music or to a tv. I love being able to set a schedule on the go so it is ready when I get home.
I was nervous spending this much on a sauna but so far I have no regrets and I absolutely love the sauna.
