I recently engaged Sunrise Solicitors to handle my wife's ILR application, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Despite the straightforward nature of my wife's application, I decided to seek legal assistance from Sunrise Solicitors due to the possibility of her needing to stay outside the UK for an extended period, which could have affected her continuous residency. My intention was to ensure that the solicitor could provide the necessary support if such a situation arose. However, their handling of my case has left much to be desired.

From the very beginning, it was evident that Sunrise Solicitors had a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for prompt communication. After our initial call regarding my wife's absences from the UK, I sent them follow-up questions seeking clarification. Unfortunately, I had to rephrase and repeat my inquiries multiple times to obtain a response. It became apparent that they were overwhelmed with their workload, resulting in a lack of attentiveness to client queries and concerns.

As the application submission deadline approached, I reached out to Sunrise Solicitors for the list of required documents and the earliest possible submission date. Regrettably, I had to chase them multiple times before receiving any semblance of an answer. Shockingly, they failed to provide a response regarding the submission date altogether, but did manage to arrange a meeting to draft the application form.

During this meeting, I explicitly inquired about the submission date, as my wife had an urgent matter that might require her to leave the UK. The solicitors assured me that they would provide the information the following week. However, when I conducted my own research, I discovered that we could have submitted the application a week earlier. Seeking clarification, I reached out to them via email, but to my dismay, I never received a response. I was simply ignored and left hanging.

Frustrated by their lack of professionalism and communication, I took matters into my own hands and independently submitted the application. Miraculously, my wife's ILR was granted within a few days, highlighting the unnecessary delays and inefficiency caused by Sunrise Solicitors' negligence.

What disappoints me the most is that I paid for a service that I did not receive. I was forced to continuously chase them for basic information and wasted a significant amount of time in the process. Their lack of transparency in failing to provide a reason for not giving me a submission date further underscores their unprofessionalism.

Moreover, their responses were often inadequate and simplistic, showcasing a lack of depth and consideration for my wife's specific circumstances. I expected a more knowledgeable and supportive approach from a professional solicitor, especially when dealing with such crucial immigration matters.

Additionally, Sunrise Solicitors' lack of organization was evident throughout our engagement. Every time I called, I had to reiterate my wife's situation, which left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I believe it is reasonable to expect a solicitor to be well-informed about their clients' cases and to provide consistent support throughout the process.

In conclusion, I strongly discourage others from seeking assistance from Sunrise Solicitors. Their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to client inquiries, failure to respect urgency, and overall disorganized approach have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would recommend exploring alternative immigration solicitors who value their clients' time and demonstrate a higher level of professionalism.

Avoid! I have had a terrible experience with Sunrise Solicitors. I tried them for simple legal advice. Their website doesn’t work, I was charged twice without receiving any confirmation email. I called them and was told that they will refund the extra payment. Since then (11 days have passed so far) I have called many times and have not been able to receive my refund. Very unprofessional, Keep your sanity by avoiding them.

I booked a telephone consultation regarding an immigration query for a family member and I was very well advised.
We went through all the options and came up with a way forward.

I signed up for a consultation with Sunrise solicitors. I explained my problem briefly and clearly when signing up, and asked if they could help. They made me pay for a consultation that didn’t teach me anything I didn’t already know (it was clearly explained clearly on official sites), didn’t propose any constructive idea, and when I proposed when, they said they would get back to me about it. Never heard back despite reminding them several times about it. It was even difficult to get a receipt for the consultation.
