⚠️ Very Poor Experience — Do Not Book Without Checking Carefully

My experience with Abbas and Farhan was extremely disappointing. Very poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and terrible customer service. I felt completely let down and unhappy with the way I was treated.

I would not recommend booking with them. Think twice before trusting them with your money or travel plans. I personally would never use their service again.

I am very thankful to the brothers at Superior Travel. I booked my Umrah package with my family. Flights, hotels, visa, and all other arrangements were perfect. The hotels were very nice & clean, within walking distance. The transfer personnel were exceptionally good.

Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

FARHAN WA VERY HELPFUL, he understood the requirements and acted with speed and transparency to secure our booking. The package included tickets, hotel booking and visa processing. I would give all as 5*, was just hoping that he would add the loyality memberships to hotels foe me to get the points,etc. But overall it os a recommended supplier and I will definitely come back again for my future travels.
