Ordered, not delivered. Just kept getting emails, on automated response saying it was being investigated with courier. Phoned them, said I would like refund they said couldn't do that without courier investigation completion. Advised I would claim through credit card, which I have done. Would have been easier if they had just refunded the money for goods not received. Now without dog food and waiting on refund before buying alternative.
Note Added: Expected Delivery was 28th Nov, the company just keep sending 7 day investigation email. I would have ordered elsewhere if I realised waiting in on 28th for a non-delivery was likely. I am now left without the food and unable to order anything else without the money refunded or knowing if this is likely to arrive as I don't have space for two 15kg bags. When I phoned they were not particularly helpful and just said contact my credit card company for the refund if I wanted.

If you want a quick, reliable, and safe delivery - Superpet are the people to do business with.

On the last occasion of using Superpet in mid-late November, my order did not arrive when Royal Mail said it would. I emailed Superpet about this and received an email that I viewed as unprofessional and a feeble attempt at sarcasm. The irony was that I was also trying to help them, as they sent it "48 hours tracked" and the 48 hours had passed. The writer referred to the recent weather conditions, although I had already explained there had been no adverse weather conditions in my county, and the problem was that the order had simply been stuck at a sorting office just 30 or so miles away.
I personally consider Superpet's customer relations to be highly unsatisfactory, and I won't be using this firm again.
* Re the reply below, as I stated, I advised that there were no adverse weather condition in my County, so the comment is irrelevant. I also telephoned Royal Mail who advised me that the sorting office had not reported any problems. The reply also overlooks the main reason why I contacted SuperPet was because Royal Mail had failed to deliver when it said it would, and the contract to deliver is with Superpet and not myself. In sum, I consider Superpet might keep its customers if it abandoned the attitude reflected in the email it sent me, which I viewed as pompous.

Always use Superpet now for their calciworms. Excellent quality at a very reasonable price. The birds love them. ❤️❤️❤️

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an item from them and it got delivered to some random address and we have no idea where the house is it was delivered to. Contacted Superpet and they simply said it has been delivered and that was it. So basically, they will ship stuff and if it goes to the wrong address(probably because they put the wrong address) then you will be out of pocket and they could not care less. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the Kong Dodo toy for my dog that is on the website still available, when my order came I received a different toy (Kong cozie medium, a monkey which is cheaper than what I ordered). I specifically made my order here because I've been searching for the dodo everywhere (my dog loves this toy and his has now broken), I contacted the team and I was told they had no stock and it had likely been discontinued. Why is it still on the website as in stock avaliable to purchase (still!) and why wasn't my order cancelled and refunded in that case as my order solely contained the dodo toy. I asked for a refund or my actual order and they've offered a refund if I return, they did offer a prepaid return label for the toy I did receive (hence 2 stars and not 1) but I really shouldn't have to take time out to return something I didn't order when they knew they didn't have the stock when I ordered. Disappointed in how this was handled, won't be ordering again as I can't be sure I'll get what I ordered.

Best price for Calci worms and good quality just a bit slow on postage so make sure you order ahead of time.

I placed my order on Friday and it was delivered on Monday morning: first-class service.

Unfortunately, the calciworms were rejected by my local hedgehogs for two nights while they continued to tuck in to calciworms bought from my local garden centre. 🤷‍♂️

I’m pleased to report that now they seem to have overcome whatever was holding them back!!!

I've been using Superpet's subscription service for 6months now for my elder dogs' joint support supplement. It always arrives on time and is a great price. Can't fault the service at all, really pleased with how easy it makes it to make sure I keep on top of remembering to give my dog the supplement he needs

I have been buying my specialist dog food for my German Shepherd, from Superpet for a while now and I have nothing but positive comments. I am disabled and Harvey has Crohns so being able to order and receive reliable deliveries on time for him, especially as it isn’t available in a lot of places, even if I could get out, is of paramount importance to me. You’ve never let me down and the food is well packaged, delivered by a reliable courier and I always receive updates about when it is arriving. I wish more companies worked as seamlessly as you.
