Prices a little higher than elsewhere but products fresh and of good quality.

SuperValu Churchtown carpark lethal if you like your car. I’ve had three elderly drivers damage my car whilst shopping there ! Staff look after the elderly shoppers well . Even after one bashed my car !!! Ignoring the fact I now have a car needing body and paintwork because I was shopping for an elderly neighbour !!!

Today I used the self service checkout at SuperValu Balbriggan. I usually avoid them like the plague but was in a hurry today and only had one item. It wouldn’t scan and came up saying call an assistant. So a staff member came over to me and was so rude in her manner and was short of eye rolling at me. Maybe a little reminder about customer care wouldn’t go amiss there.

Never seen so expensive groceries ridiculously over priced on everything never shop there again stop ripping people off.

Once again, a very frustrating experience with my Supervalu online shopping - items missing, great difficulty in getting customer service and when I finally did get through to them, they were very unsympathetic as usual.
I was informed that my missing items would be delivered the following day - and it was only early afternoon! As always, their receipt is very badly printed and grainy, you can hardly decipher the items and prices on it.
Definitely I am changing to another supermarket.

Pity no stars is not an option I can see why supervalu has closed in so many towns it must be to save themselves embarrassment I had to shop at another supervalu cos the one in my town closed and I have to say it was the worse store I ever shopped in stock so bad they did not have the products for the scan in win cos they don't sell them I have switched to another supermarket cos it's so bad

This supermarket chain must now have the highest prices of the lot, better to ditch the 'gimmicks' and special offers and provide lower priced groceries.

Supervalu Clifton

Do not use the cash machine Tourist rip-off!
This is a popular tourist destination.
The exchange rate given was not clear we ended up being charged £30 for taking out €200. Never ever seen a mark up like this before.
Supervalu Clifton should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen to their customers. No doubt they must get some sort of percentage back. Do not use this cash machine. There is a bank of Ireland across the road. It is not fair to charge that amount and it is confusing the way it is displayed on the ATM screen.

McLoughlin's SuperValu Portarlington. The management is not aware of the Country's Alcohol selling time on a Bank Holiday like today (05/08/204 10:43 AM). It's a shame that the management are not given proper trainings on this.

Live in Donabate and to my greatest despair is the fact that we only have one supermarket which is Supervalu. I don't go into it anymore I send my poor suffering husband in my place. I do the bulk of my shopping in Aldi in Swords but need the odd bits and pieces between shopping. It's a very very expensive shop. Food is often out of date. Their supply of goods is limited. You would need to go around with a pen and paper and take photos of the price sticker. Rarely right. The staff are really nice and helpful. Management not so much. Roll on our new supermarket I cannot wait.

Love the new Supervalue in Malahide. Bought one of my favourite convenience meals today. Chilli beef from Killester Kitchen. Half size the normal portion and not the same quality..what happened

We have normally always enjoyed a break in our Aldi shop by coming here. This is the second time I buy “fresh baguettes” from the bakery and they are stale! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Is the company really so bad off they are trying to save a few cent of bread rolls? Shame on ye!

I bought a product which was reduced in price and for the third time this year the discount was not applied at the check out.

Have used super scan , numerous times and due to errors by staff members am now constantly being re scanned.
Today another error by staff led to a total rescan and when asked to discuss same , manager told me too my face she was on her lunch and walked away , then had to wait another 10 minutes until another manager appeared and said what could he do ……..

I am a weekly regular shopper and had voucher for money-off. When presented at till was told it had been already used despite me not being in the country when supposed to be used. Emailed them SuperValu - Carndonagh and followed up email with no reply. Obviously not interested in customers. Same happened when complained about their refrigeration - in date quiche had mould on it ( thought it was broccoli!) bring it on Lidl & Aldi when they come to Carndonagh we have all been waiting so long! Never again SuperValu Carndonagh will shop elsewhere now,! Not to mention price displays are different at checkout. Check your receipt always or you will get a shock!

SuperValu Castle street Bray has gone downhill completely, just back from what was supposed to be a quick stop to get 2 items for lunch which I picked up in two minutes only to stand at the one and only checkout for 20 minutes! Staff all around chatting to each other! Quality and standards have dropped dramatically in this SuperValu. I will definitely be shopping in the wonderful clean bright well staffed quality SuperValu on the Southerncross road in Bray in the future.

I am not surprised to see supervalu rating, deny to start insurance because only I am over 40 its shame!!! No entry people over 40 to Ireland! So humiliated

The self service tills are not good specially when trying to use money off vouchers - connected with them to give feedback - not interested.

Non alcohol beer not in the fridge. It is not cold!!!

Supervalu Fermoy sell the worst spare ribs imaginable. The don't even look like spare ribs.
