I ordered replacement gasket seal online to collect and took a sample of the old one with me which turned out to be a good idea as I had ordered the incorrect profile. Not a problem to the staff as they just changed the order and gave me the correct one without any fuss even though it was minutes away from closing time!

Truly PVC Limited was the only supplier who had all of the new locks I required in one order. Other, household name, suppliers had some but not all of the products I needed: out of stock or simply not available. Truly PVC Limited had everything on their site and were competitively priced. I ordered on the Saturday and the new locks arrive on the Monday. Perfect!!

The conservatory parts I ordered arrived on time in spite of being delivered by Royal Mail. Unfortunately you will not deliver parts over 600mm long to Northern Ireland and as there seems to be no supplier here for Marley ogee guttering I have a problem. Amazon can deliver long lengths I don't see why you can't. I am trying to repair an old conservatory.

I have bought conservatory parts previously and like this order for 4 white r/offset window handle they where delivered (i think next day or the day after) and these handles (yale) are top class product, and at a very good price. When my plans changed and I no longer needed the item, I asked if I could return it unused. They agreed straight away and processed the refund without any hassle.
