I would like to express my immense gratitude to the delivery driver named Rad. Not only did he deliver the order on time, but he also helped unload it, which was extremely important for us. Rad was very attentive, polite, and professional. His assistance significantly eased our work. Thank you so much, Rad, for your excellent service and attention to customers!
I would also like to thank Suregreen for their outstanding service.

Ordered from this site as they were…
Ordered from this site as they were reasonably priced and there was an introductory discount. All went well to start with as I received a call after a couple of days arranging delivery for a few days later. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email advising me that the delivery wouldn't be happening as there was a problem with the lorry. No further communication from them, so I had to ring them up to chase the delivery status. He confirmed delivery would be taking place days later as they weren't in the area until then, this was then out of their time delivery frame but they wouldn't do anything to compensate us as we had an original discount. On the day of the rescheduled delivery, there were no email updates and so another call had to be made. Eventually a tracking email was sent out but didn't update for hours. When it did update, it showed that the sleepers were still on the lorry that they had been all week and they were having to transfer them to another mode of transport. The order did eventually arrive that day but still outside of their delivery time frame. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this site again and a lot of the reviews that are bad, are about their delivery.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. This was an unusual occurrence, and we are committed to doing better in the future.
I see that we had to unfortunately delay your delivery due to a breakdown on one of our vehicles however we called you and rescheduled this for you as soon as we could on one of our trucks.
Once again, I apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
Katie

Exceptional Delivery Services
Thank you for the exceptional service with the delivery of my sleepers today, I got up and was expecting a call of message to say the delivery would arrive at a certain time only to walk out of my door and find them on my driveway. I am retired and do not get up until 8 am so for them to be delivered and not even hear the delivery driver or have to be there is pretty impressive.

Cannot fault Suregreen
Cannot fault Suregreen, delivery to my customer was on a Sunday, driver was extremely helpful and customer service from Suregreen exemplary. Only downside was I tried to call them on the Monday to pass on my thanks to their driver and no one answered the phone. Other than that wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Awesome service from placing my order to delivery
I don't usually write reviews but felt it important to celebrate the fantastic experience ordering from Suregreen. I had a complex order to place and their sales advisor, Adrian, was exceptional. He not only helped me determine the best materials he also moved heaven and earth to have the delivery arrive early. The delivery driver, Simon, was also a total gem. He arrived on time and had a can-do attitude offloading the order in a not so accessable place. I cant recommend this team enough and am really grateful to Adrian and Simon for making this such an easy process.

Excellent service.
Goods were received within a week of ordering. Quality of canes was generally good, although two (out of fifty) had suffered insect damage and shattered. The canes were left on my pathway but no-one rang the door bell to let know they were there. Other than that, communications (by email) were very good. Altogether, I would recommend.
