I hope you read this review before you book. DO NOT BOOK with these guys, and especially do not leave any deposits!
When you arrive, they will make you wait for 30-40 minutes for no reason and then find a reason to not give you the car. That's it. If you placed a deposit, that's your fault.

Reasons can be really stupid - your license is not readable or has to be fully in English (I gave them one in English, they told me "oh, then it has to be EU license).

Comme beaucoup ici je suis obligé de mettte une étoile pour pouvoir écrire un commentaire autrement j’aurai mis - 5 étoile ma pire expérience de location de voiture et pourtant je loue bcp et a tout type de loueur mais avec Surprice c’est la totale !!! Comme on ne prend pas leur assurance car a un prix excessif et déjà couvert pas d’autres assurances (payées en ligne notamment) on vous explique que l’assurance Allianz ne fonctionne pas, que la couverture avec la carte visa ne fonctionne pas non plus …..du coup on vous refile une voiture bien abîmée tout un côté enfoncé + des pneus plus lisses . Au retour apparemment pas de réserve sur la caution (caution sur BSP a 900€ mais Surprice m’indique que les conditions générales ne sont pas à jour et décide de prendre 1200€….)
Et le pompon on vous dit au retour qu’il n’y a pas de navettes pour l’aéroport de Rome (alors que le véhicule est bien sur le parking) et on vous demande de prendre la navette d’un autre loueur et de se débrouiller tout seul…. À fuir absolument….

Ho pagato la macchina con carta di credito amex ma per ritirare la macchina dicono che non la accettano. Ne ho un'altra sul telefono ma non la accettano, vogliono quella fisica. Si tengono i soldi e finisce lì, la macchina non me la danno. Ho già aperto una pratica con american express e appena torno a casa faccio una bella querela

Le 25/09 au check in ils ont scruté la voiture sous ses moindres détails afin de trouver des dégâts ( que je n'ai pas fait), résultats 1 micro griffe sur l'enjoliveur et très petit éclat 3 MM,il faut se mettre à 10 cm pour les voirs, sur le seuil du coffre coût facturé 1495€ ,c'est ce qui arrive si vous ne prenez pas leurs assurances supplémentaire très coûteuse, j’ai demander à voir la vidéo faite à l’enlèvement et comme par hasard elle a été effacée!! Comment est il possible qu’une telle société existe!
Ils font leurs business sur les fausses declarations de dégats et assurances hors de prix!!pas sur la location

Italy, Pisa Airport, SurPrice car hire is a SCAM. They provided an online quote for 105 euros which we would need to pay on pickup. Apparently, this quote is non-binding so the first thing they will do when you turn up is reject it on a minor technicality. They rejected guy ahead of us on a credit card technicality. The person following us had a credit card with expiry date within 6 months and was rejected on that basis. They rejected my quote because the name on my credit card didn’t match that on my passport, seeing as my credit card only uses my initials and surname. They then said they would have to re-quote my car hire. This quote was 450 euros. Strangely, my same credit card they had just rejected would now be fine. I urge everyone reading this to not be tempted by their competitive quotes, AVOID USING THEM, they are crooks!

Attention à bien regarder les conditions du loueur, surtout au sujet de votre carte bancaire qui doit être gaufrée c'est à dire avec les numéros en relief. Sinon vous devrez payer comme nous 500,32€ de plus pour avoir votre voiture pour 11 jours. Agence éloignée donc aucune autre solution à 22h que payer !!! Vérifiez bien avant de louer !

We booked a car through Surprice cars but found that the contract was with Autoone when we were eventually taken to the Autoone branded offices in Venice - Surprice cars was in very small letters on the sign outside.
The car was very new and we had a good 5 days. On return my husband and I had both checked over the car but left it for a few minutes when the Autoone woman checked it over. She then said she had found damage being a scratch under the petrol cap over two panels and a wierd mark on the bonnet. The cost was almost £1000 which we had to pay for them to give us the relevant paperwork to make a claim. They became very aggressive saying that if we didn't sign and pay they would take the money anyway from the deposit. Afterwards we both thought they must have made the marks as there had been no sign of them minutes earlier. We were there for an hour trying to sort this out as luckily weren't catching a flight. We are now very wary of car hire firms as we never want to experience anything like this again. Avoid.

Be careful, do not rent a car from them!
It appears that the company AUTOONE (Surprice) in Bologna is part of an organized criminal group in Italy that fraudulently charges tourists’ credit cards. There are numerous negative reviews online from customers who have been scammed. It seems they intentionally rebranded themselves as "Surprice" in order to continue deceiving new customers. It’s very likely they will change their name again next season.
It's very possible that they are repeatedly charging different customers for the same damage. Many people online are saying that Surprice AUTOONE has perfected the art of fraudulently charging customers for fictitious damages, especially to windshields. Perhaps only a professional auto body technician could avoid being scammed.
How the brokers handled this situation is highly disappointing. Instead of protecting customers and removing such dishonest companies from your platform, they continue to refer more people to them. Serious negative reviews about Surprice started appearing as early as the first quarter of this year, which should have raised red flags. Be careful—before renting a car, check reviews online.

In the end it wasn't Surprice, it was Auto Europe terrible company. don't use. not in the airport (Naples) . had to walk ages to find them and then queue up for an eternity. seemed like a good deal at first and then.......had to pay a huge insurance premium (the same as it cost to insure my car at home for a year) one reason given was, tyres always get damaged in Naples (looked on the policy, tyres not covered). Got a speeding ticket :-( I didn't have to pay it but Auto One got another €65 out of my bank account). The only good thing about this company was the ride back to the terminal after dropping the car off. better than a roller coaster ride.

Ti derubano. Quando restituisci l'auto, controllano il minimo danno (1 cm) e ti addebitano la carta. È successo a me; non c'era modo che non mi addebitassero 250 euro.
Nello stesso periodo, a un uomo anziano è stata fatta una fattura con un danno molto alto; quando si è lamentato perché non esisteva (l'ho visto), due agenti lo hanno trattato con violenza.

Avoid. This company are crooks. Rented a 10 year old Clio already covered in scratches, most of which, but not all were noted when the car was collected. Upon return they highlighted a scratch that was there when I rented it but which they hadn't recorded. They then charged 850 euros before I could leave. Car had a faulty light switch which caused the battery to go flat. They are basically crooks. I will get my revenge.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
In 30+ years of hiring cars in various parts of the world, this was without doubt the worst car hire experience ever.
Told us that pick up was from the terminal, WRONG, it’s a shuttle bus, get to pick the car up and are told it’s either basic insurance with a €1600 excess or to reduce the excess to zero it was €840! Im fully aware that hire companies charge a fee to reduce excess but €840 is ridiculous.
On to the car, 160,000km absolute wreck, scratched on every panel, interior trim peeling off, felt like it was about to give up any second. In all honesty the car was probably worth less than the excess payment. Upon return they even had the cheek to complain about some sand in the footwell.
My advice would be to hire from anyone but these con artists.

I was forced to take out a fresh policy when there was a slight difference between my credit card and driving license , both clearly in my name.
The cheap rentals for 3 days turned into a £300 mammoth expense.
On returning vehicle the lady was pretty useless , and. To helpful. Due to the issues on arrival they gave me free fuel clearly documented in agreement file,to empty, she tried charging me for fuel. We had to walk away as her English was poor.

Cliente da anni di questa agenzia, stavolta mi è stata da loro rifiutata la carta di credito per il deposito a cauzione di 900€ perché non riportava i numeri a rilievo.
Non accettando loro contanti, sono stato costretto a sottoscrivere un assicurazione per i danni in eccesso della copertura standard. L’assicurazione x soli sei giorni è costata tre volte il valore del noleggio.
Stranamente la carta di credito è stata poi accettata x pagare sia il noleggio che l’assicurazione e la cauzione standard di 200€.
Consiglio di evitare chi usa questi mezzi meschini x estorcere soldi

Arrivata alle 9.30 in aeroporto, alle 10.40 dopo infiniti tentativi mi hanno mandato un videomessaggio per raggiungere il punto dal quale una navetta fa trasferimento per raggiungere il sito da cui si ritirano le auto. Sono riuscita ad avere le chiavi di una sporchissima panda con le luci diurne guaste alle 13. Questo è tutto il contrario del low cost…

Really wish I had read the reviews before using these scam artists.

Having read others comments they are all true. They will extract triple what you initially paid with ridiculous excuses like the credit card numbers having to be raised rather than flat on the credit card.

Eventually these thieves will go out of business as people become aware of their unscrupulous practices. AVOID.

Il nostro volo è arrivato con una ora e mezza di ritardo (ore 23:10 invece che 21:45) all'aeroporto di Pisa e questi di Surprice, nonostante le chiamate telefoniche senza risposta per una ora e una e-mail per avvertire del ritardo hanno pensato bene di annullare il booking fatto costringendoci a pagare un altra auto !! ...dovreste andare a lavorare nei campi invece di derubare le persone!!
