Booked through Jet2 in the hope their good history extend to car hire. Pre paid the hire car for collection at Funchal airport, the site when you arrive is small and jammed with cars. We presented our paperwork, paid the outstanding £100 without problem. However when presenting the usual credit card, which usually means an amount ( in this case) €1845, about £1500, instead of them just blocking the amount, they took the whole lot. We returned the car after the month stay and it was signed off as ok. However when we got home and saw the credit card statement with the funds claimed, I phoned Cartcrawler, it’s their site that the booking is made through, sympathetic but unable to help and gave me a number in Portugal, I rang this, again sympathy and a promise to get it returned.
Meanwhile the credit card bill is due. A week later the money hasn’t been returned. We have disputed the charge with the bank and hope this will work. I have twice more called Portugal and now no one is available and someone will call back, they haven’t
Update 3rd April. The money has still not been repaid, even Jet2 are having problems getting it back. They no longer answer the phone or ring back. I’m relying on the credit card people now, that can take months.

da non credere nel 2025 esistono ancora queste aziende e nessuno fa qualcosa per evitare le truffe.
danni non rilevati sul contratto ma alla fine vogliono addebitarli al cliente,per mia fortuna avovo fatto un video sul danno da me riscontrato e che alla riconsegna volevano addebitarlo a me con loro applicazione che rileva in automatico i danni al ritiroed al rientro (a loro detta) dopo la riconsegna ad oggi ancora non ricevo nessuna comunicazione che in effeti non ci sono danni sull auto e l avvenuta chiusura del noleggio e ne tantomeno la garanzia di 900 euro,staremo a vedere , in conclusione per ritirare il mezzo devi fare tante preghiere che ti vengano prendere senza chiarire dove ,al telefono non rispondono quasi mai e mezzi al ritiro sono sporchi , statene lontani

used surprice in tenerife spent 90 minutes walking round trying to find them at the pick up point where there is no signs no uniform no person saying that they’re from surprice no airport employees know where the pick up point was in the car park absolute shambles nothing then to be charged 1200 pound deposit on top of what we said we were going to charge at €68 for the week never use this company

Truffaldini, sicuramente una delle peggiori agenzie di noleggio in Italia per qualità della macchina e servizio incluso. Paghi di più per macchine incidentate

Addebitato un danno preesistente per 335 euro, nessuna copia del contratto con allegate foto. Inoltre nessuna copia del lavoro effettuato. Ogni mia rimostranza è risultata vana. Diffidate e statene alla larga sono poco seri e per nulla professionali

Da evitare incassano i soldi ed al momento della consegna dell’auto il telefono cellulare è inesistente il telefono fisso voce registrata che rimanda al nulla.
La compagnia si chiama “surprice ret a car” io purtroppo ci sono cascato.

I rented a car at Toronto Airport the rental company are off site so you call and they pick you up after 3 calls and an hour wait they eventually turned up.
The staff are rude and very unprofessional I booked through V.I.P. in uk had had unlimited mileage when I signed the agreement at Toronto the only allowed me 4000kms after a few words and showing them my agreement with V.I.P they were not interested had it had not been so late I would have walked away never again would I use either companies.

We hired a car with Surprice via booking.com at Tirana airport, to get to the office you have to exit the airport and cross the road after getting past the fence. We were attended to by Milot who was very efficient and checked our details. He was only interested in driving licenses and took the deposit of €1200, then took us to the car park just behind the office. We booked a Skoda Yeti but had an MG SUV with 35852 km on the clock, the car was clean and full of fuel. A few scratches but otherwise nothing to mention. We drove around Albania on mostly good roads often better than the UK. The car was comfortable although light on power. Ideal really for us, it took us everywhere we wanted to go. On return the car was full, we handed it back and Eric did the paperwork, he returned our deposit. Both guys we dealt with were polite efficient and courteous couldn't really fault them. Would use again.

Ho noleggiato tre volte con Surprice e tutto è andato bene. L'auto era in buone condizioni e non ho avuto problemi con la restituzione. Siamo stati serviti da Kenny.

Ad Olbia volo aereo con Volotea in ritardo di oltre 2 ore..
A fine giugno l'agenzia ha chiuso alle 23 come da orario d'ufficio, non vengono loro pagati gli atraordinari e non attendono neppure 10 minuti mi risponde la segretaria che informo telefonicamente e nessun rimborso del noleggio non certo economco prenotato con Argus car hire!
