Fast and effective, will definitely use again

In our new house, we wanted to replace and move old boiler and water tank to garage. Ryan has done site visit, understood our requirements and gave reasonable quote. The team started work quickly and completed timely. Even quick to visit or reply to troubleshoot. With Surrey heat we have peace of mind that our heating system will always be operational. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were totally efficient from start to finish. From the first phone call, I felt confident that they would deliver and Paul certainly did. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely capable. The problem with my heating was resolved in a few hours.

My boiler packed up leaving me without hot water or heating. Surrey heating specialists responded on the same day, diagnosed the fault and fixed things. I am on a service contract with them that I find to be very good value compared to competitors. I would have no difficulty in recommending them.

Great company and used for a number of years , always top class

I have been using SHS for a couple of years for boiler service and repairs and have always received excellent service. My service this year was carried out by Paul who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and we discussed HIVE thermostats at length. After he had answered all my questions and provided excellent and useful advice I booked an installation appointment. He arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly ensuring that I was happy and conversant with the controls. I received a follow up message the following day. I have no hesitation recommending SHS and Paul in particular.

Absolutely recommend!!! Came out the same day to fix our broken down combi boiler Vaillant. They carry parts on the vans which is very handy and speeds the process. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed right away. Definitely trustworthy!

We moved into our new home a week ago, and realised there is not hot water or heating, as most likely the boiler is broken. I have been searching for a good boiler service around the area and found the Surrey Heating!

The reception lady was very friendly and understood the urgency of our case perfectly. I received a call from the managing director Ryan in 5 minutes right after and confirmed an appointment for the next morning.

It turned out the existing boiler has been very old and has multiple issues and we decided to convert to a better system. Again, Ryan has managed everything in a a very organised and prompt manner. He made extra efforts to make sure the installation is happening for us in two day’s time. So we don’t have to suffer through another weekend without hot water and heating.

On the installation day, the engineers came right on time and they knew exactly what they are doing. The work went on smoothly and nicely. They helped put everything back and took all the waste and bits.
