Surrey Heating were great. They carried out the first service on our boiler without fuss or bother. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone. After a brilliant experience with the installation just over a year ago, they also provided a very quick turnaround for my brother, replacing his boiler within a couple of days! Friendly guys, reliable and value for money!

They are an efficient team and have always provided a good service for the gas central heating. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We have been customers of Surrey Heating Specialists for about 5 years. We are very happy with their service contract – it’s so much better than that offered by British Gas who were our previous suppliers. The engineers, especially Paul, are always cheerful, polite and thoroughly professional when they visit our home and are willing to go the extra mile answering our questions and concerns. My boiler was making a lot of noise. I phoned Surrey Heating. Paul came within an hour and immediately identified the problem and resolved it. As usual excellent service provided promptly.

Very happy with the service provided. Kept informed about the arrival time. Then once here the service was quick, efficient and informative. It was also cleanly performed.

My boiler stopped working very late on a cold Wednesday evening. Surrey Heating Specialists were recommended to me by my mum who had recently used their services and who had also recommended them to her neighbour.

They have been consummate professionals and have resolved my problem quickly, giving me clear details about my options and working with me to make sure that my home was cold for the shortest amount of time possible.

I have only positive comments to make, both Ryan and Paul were courteous, polite and reassuring. They have also followed up with me after the work was completed to ensure I have not experienced any problems. Unfortunately my boiler broke down in the morning but fortunately they came in the afternoon to fix it.
They replaced the PCB which was faulty.
Great prompt service.

Just returned from a Christmas break to discover the boiler heating had malfunctioned.
Phoned for an engineer to call (Paul) who arrived less than 2 hours following that call.
The fault was a default with the boiler circutry, this was replaced and within 20 minutes the boiler fired up and we are again cosy warm.

My 21 year old combi boiler failed 10 days before Xmas. I phoned Surrey Heating on Thursday, Ryan came Friday, he thought it was a circuit board problem and couldn't fix it. As the failed boiler was so old he recommended replacing it. Anthony fitted a Bosch Worcester boiler Tuesday morning costing less than another quote. Workmaship was good and everything cleared up.

Ryan, Paul and the entire team of Surrey Heating go above and beyond in their professionalism and they excelled when helping us with a boiler that had been failing in a rental house for several years.
They picked up a very unusual reason why our condensing boiler could not work. It was because the sink had been blocked by paint and nobody else had noticed..
They installed a brand-new boiler and were always on time, answered questions and were very fair with their prices.
The after-care service was also exceptional so I took out a policy with them to look after my heating and radiators as I have 100% confidence in this company.
Customer service is outstanding, the gas safe engineers and all the girls that answer the telephone are polite and very helpful.
Someone always gets back to you within one to 2 hours.
I highly recommend this company and thank them for all they have done for us.

I have been in the property business for over 40 years so have experienced good and bad work. I recently asked Ryan Price at Surry Heating Specialists Limited to provide a quote to renew a boiler and heating system on a house in Woking that is rented. The quote was competitive. Ryan said he would be able to replace the who system in 2 days, (my experience with other heating companies is that it would often take a week or two, with the normal, running off to another job in between, so i took this with a pinch of salt!). Well Ryan and his team of 5, turned up at 7am and worked professionally and tirelessly, not stopping for a 'builders break and tea', and astonishingly the job was fully completed by 3.30pm on the same day. The tenant said how polite The Team were, they laid a plastic sheet on the stairs and even insisted on moving the Christmas Tree and all furniture and rugs back to the tenants satisfaction. Thank you Ryan and your Team.

Called the office at around 10 in the morning. Got a call back from Paul within the hour. We discussed my amateur diagnosis. Paul agreed, gave us a quote and said he could visit that same afternoon to double check and fix.

He came prepared with all appropriate parts, gave us an instant fixed quote and only after I agreed did he go ahead and fix it.

In summary, the price was a little higher than I wanted, but they gave me two opportunities to decline and were very clear on what was involved. Despite that, I cannot fault the service and am happy to rate it 5 stars.

This morning at 8.00am I contacted Surrey Heating, spoke to Ian, as we had heating, but no hot water. (We have a service agreement with them). At 11.00am I received a message to let us know that Ryan was on his way. He and Mark arrived within a few minutes, identified the problem (3 way valve) and replaced the valve and we now have hot water. Ryan, Mark and Paul, who have all come to our home, and everyone I have spoken to on the telephone, are professional, courteous and friendly. I think very highly of this company, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Engineer arrived arrived on time. Took time over servicing the boiler and stated it was in good condition and perfectly serviceable going forward although over 20 years old. Did not try to upsell me a new boiler, power flush etc., unlike some other large national organisation who previously serviced my boiler. Highly recommended.
