The engineer was fantastic, the appointment was booked the next day but as they were in the area he called and came to take a look a day earlier. Also he gave brilliant advice and helped recommend what would be the best solution for my boiler issue, he could have charged to do work that wasnt needed so i appreciated his honesty. He went the extra mile in finding a solution to get my warranty in validation to a flue in void dilemma so I would highly recommend their services, very helpful indeed

I get my boiler serviced by Surrey Heating Specialists each year - a few months ago I joined the plan so the service is included. The engineer came yesterday and was friendly, polite, and thorough. He's been before and remember a few quirks abut our heating system and helped make sure it was all ok before he left. They also have helped another time a few months ago when I didn't know what I was doing and worried something was wrong with my heating. They came out quickly and found all was fine and talked me through it all so I understood for next time. I would really recommend them .

Stellar service from Surrey Heating Specialists. Received a rapid response from our heating enquiry even though it was 8pm. Ryan arranged a visit the next morning and after a diagnostic visit from Paul parts were ordered and Danial returned later the same day to get our heating & hot water up and running. Great service with excellent communication and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommended

I had my boiler fitted by Surrey Heating in Oct 23 and serviced by them ever since - first class company. I was so impressed that I took out a boiler/heating cover plan directly with them and made my first call out when the heating diverter packed up. Engineer Paul (knows his stuff) came around at the earliest opportunity and had the part replaced within 15 mins. Really impressed with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service. Diagnosed issue quickly over WhatsApp, which avoided unnecessary visit and delay. Underfloor issue resolved in under 24hrs with excellent communication throughout. Terry was friendly, professional and pleasure to have in our home.

We were able to get an appointment for the same morning and Paul identified the issue with the controller and replaced it straight away so we had hot water back within three hours of contacting Surrey Heating. Fantastic service.
