SHS installed a new unvented water tank in my loft. The engineer arrived early and worked hard throughout. He made no mess and answered all of my questions. There were some unexpected complexities to the job but he managed these admirably and I would recommend them.

Tyler was able to fix the problem with our leaking water valve of the boiler. He told us the problem, what he did to solve the problem & what to expect after. He was also quite punctual. I think the boiler cover I got was worth it.

"I have used Surrey Heating services twice to repair the Heating system for my 94 year old Aunt who lives alone in Ashford, Surrey with the help of a "live in carer". As I live 250 miles away I needed a reliable and trustworthy supplier. On both occasions they attended within 4hrs as promised. The call out fee was very reasonable and They gave very reasonable quotes for the work required. The engineers were very professional and helpful left everything clean and tidy and kept me informed of progress throughout. The work was carried out promptly. Although I found the IT system they use a little difficult to navigate initialy it works very well and has the facility to request a call back for those with little IT knowledge and any such requests are followed up within 15mins. I found it a pleasent change to deal with a company who obviously put the customer first. The team were very friendly and helpful with a persistent problem with our boiler, when it wasn’t resolved straight away they came back the next day and made sure everything was perfect. Debbie in the office was lovely and Terry the engineer was great

Had our boiler installed two years ago and they did a great job then. Now had it serviced twice by them and they are still just as good. Paul was extremely professional and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Always very tidy and efficient too. The company itself provides great communication when booking and visiting. Thankyou to Paul who came and gave the boiler its annual service today. Surrey Heating installed our boiler 4 years ago and we have had it serviced annually through them. The fitters are clean and tidy and you are texted approx 15 to 30 minutes before they’re going to be with you. We also find the prices competitive against other plumbers in the area. Thanks again

We have had a service plan for a number of years which is great value. Engineers are always great with communication, efficient and always leave everything clean and tidy.
Recently they have again done an amazing job at getting our old boiler up and running again. Highly recommend this company.

Booking a service was easy, Surrey heating had plenty of options for booking times to work round school run. Plenty of notifications for reminders and when engineer will be onsite. Tyler was great and very good. Another well done job by Surrey heating again.

Excellent and professional service from Surrey Heating Specialists. Terry came within an hour of my reporting a problem with our central heating and had the pump replaced and the heating up and running again within the next hour.
