The engineer arrived on time with a smile, he listened carefully as I explained the problem and checked everything. He then made a few adjustments which resolved the problem in about 15 mins.

Emergency call out under our 5* Cover. Engineer arrived within the hour, promptly sorted the issue and double checked everything was working before leaving. I approached Surrey Heating Specialists after I had a recommendation from my neighbour.
Paul came round to do a site survey, was informative and answered any questions I had relating to installing a new boiler especially about flow rates and size of boiler. Quickly afterwards I received a very competitive quote. The job was booked in within two weeks and the engineer, Dan, who fitted the new boiler today arrived in the morning and was finished by early afternoon. He gave very clear and logical instructions about how to use the system and worked in a systematic way, showing respect for my property at all times. All pipework looks neat and tidy and the boiler is working as expected. Dan was friendly and answered questions but focused on getting the job completed in a timely manner. Communication from the company was good throughout.

We contacted Ryan at Surrey Heating Specialists for some advice /quote for a full replacement of our 24 year old vented cylinder and boiler. He provided great advice and a range of options for us. We felt he went above and beyond answering all our questions and managed to fit us in at short notice for the work to be done. On the day the Team were great. Our new boiler was fitted very efficiently and Dan and Tyler worked hard all day fitting our new unvented Megaflo cylinder and repairing an existing leak in the process. The whole team were incredibly helpful. Would recommend

We had a new boiler installed where Ryans team did a great job in only one day. They showed up on time and did a very clean job. The boiler is working normally so far (3 days later).

I would highly recommend Surrey heating Specialists. I have a service plan with them and they are very quick to respond when I call them if I have a problem. All of the people that have come have been excellent and very competent and I would completely trust them. They do a great job with no fuss.

Had our boiler serviced yesterday by Paul. As always he is extremely professional, polite and friendly. Surrey Heating fitted our new boiler nearly 3 years ago and we have a service plan with them. Our experience with them has always been excellent. Would highly recommend them if you need any work doing. They provide top quality work and their customer service is top class too.

We had Surrey Heating Specialists recommended by a next door neighbour as my water was running lukewarm. Called this morning and spoke to Daniel at their office who took my details and arranged for an enginner to attend. Luckily there was an engineer on a call out in my local area and I was informed they would be able to attend within the hour. Terry the enginner arrived within 40 minutes. He diagnosed the issues efficiently, undertook the boiler service and completed the work to a high standard. The price was competitive and transparent, with no hidden costs. Overall, excellent service - would highly recommend Surrey Heating Specialists.

Have had a gold service plan for a couple of years with Surrey heating which includes repair and servicing. Recently had an issue which was non urgent. Paul came next day, fixed the issue. Great professional service as always

I had a 25 year old boiler replaced with a Worcester. Daniel worked efficiently and installed the new boiler within a few hours. He was friendly and polite. He left everything tidy.
Ryan kept me informed before the visit and Daniel called when he was en route.
