Excellent service right from starting with enquiry to the end of the trip.
Very responsive and courteous staff.
Uma our point of contact for the entire trip was always proactively checking at all the things and ensured that the entire 3 day trip was smooth.
The vehicle was in excellent condition and was also speed locked which further adds to road safety.
All in all I can rate Sushma travels 10/10.

Sushma Travel is best travel company I ever seen. I have booked 17 Seater tempo traveler for Ashtvinayak yatra include Jejuri and Pratibalaji within 2 days. and we succeed to all places somehow by making hurry but wonderful trip because of only one person is Driver name is Raja Khan. I would specially thank to him because of him we can achieved all holy places within 2 days. he run travel 950km within 2 days without complaining to us he is tired we can seem him but never shown us.

Good Things
1) Clean and good bus
2) Air condition is proper
3) In back a big luggage store well maintain.
4) Good Music System
5) Curtains for window.
6) Best driver.
Bad Things
1) Need mobile holder for navigation in front of driver
2) Small Dustbin in Travel
3) Music System can be better need power button for on/off. for switch on need to switch travel some time.
4) We gave extra 50km even we have schedule pick up and drop facility in navi Mumbai Kamothe. because of travel coming from andheri.

One more thing I would like to share while contacting sushma travel the one lady her name is Miss Perna is soft spoken and very help full person she always help us in any question within second by replying us.

Driver was well versed with the route and the bus was very clean. Only problem I faced was even after confirming the total price 10 times, 2 days prior to the journey i got a call from their executive saying that the price given is not the correct price and then they gave me the final price which was 7k extra

Thank you for your assistance in finding the right bus for our trip to Mahabaleshwar. The bus was very comfortable and the air conditioning was just fantastic. In fact, some of our travelers had to close the blowers. The driver, Santosh, was a thorough gentleman. He was very cautious, never exceeded the speed limit and maneuvered around potholes or rough patches to give us a very comfortable ride. He was very polite and curteous. Thank you again.

Sushma travels was quick and efficient - we were able to book our travel within in 1 hour, they also sent all details via SMS which was so cool - very prompt and seamless service

Driver .....Tillu gave excellent support ......he is calm and very flexible ......asset for your organization ........Tempo ( vehicle) was bit old ....needs improvement

It is good. But if we had booked for 1800 km 300 x 6 days . no discussion should happen wherever we take tempo if its run more then 1800 km then we can pay 18 per km extra. This is suggestion and make it clear.

Overall experience was great. The bus interiors were good. AC was working fine. The driver was on time for pickup. However, the drivers need to be trained to be focused on the road while driving to avoid any mishaps. Speeding needs to be controlled. However, the new driver assigned was good enough. Only issue was while taking halts. The driver, at times, was not listening to us when we asked him to halt for a Toilet break or lunch. We had to ask him to specifically stop and go back to the food court we wanted to go to. Otherwise, driver was well mannered. Overall experience was good. Thanks. Also, Prerna, who was coordinating via phone, has always been prompt and quick in her responses. Thank you

Everything from d bus to d driver was good.

Thanks for providing such good transport facility. Actually my guests came from Nepal and we have have booked Force traveller 17 seater for all four days Vehicle and driver all were very good, specially Ms. Uma who were co-coordinating and arranging all these were fantastic. we appreciate once again if we visit Mumbai in future definitely we will hire taxi from Sushma travels.

The services were good and can be made better with the efficiency of the driver in pleasing the guest. That is difficult to do as drivers are less obliged but they can be taught these things with your efficient effort and other incentives from your end. Though our Drivers were having good nature but the Driving speed of the 1st Driver was very slow from the guest's perspective. I have less knowledge about the actual speed and I am not displeased with the driver at all. It was the guest who gave feedback like this and that need to be considered from your end as well. From my side the customer support service was also very good. There should be another emergency number which can be contacted at the night time or during any emergency.
