SUSHMA TRAVELS Reviews

We , 11 friends, went for 2days trips to Silvasa in 14 seater SML AC luxury bus last week. Bus trip was quite comfortable and everybody was very happy with the service..
There was enough room for our baggage but unfortunatwly some of the seats were not reclining. I suggest that bus should be serviced well for air, tyre and other technical details.....

The booking experience was good. But driver was arrogant, demanded extra toll which was not applicable.
Thank you.

The travel was good. A few spots of leakage of A/C water on seats. 17 seats are fitted resulting in a little cramped layout but we had accepted this while booking the vehicle. The leg room was just adequate. Luggage space was fairly ok. Overall fairly good experience.
Prerana, the sales executive, was good in her job.

We have travelled by 13 seater tempo Traveller. The vehicle was good in condition n the driver was also nice.

We had a good experience with this travel agency. Driver was very good at driving n was also kind n polite. Will recommend sushma travels

Very good experience & awesome service by Sushma travels.

Nice experience... Driver was also punctual on time & good behavior... No rash driving.. All the details we get on mail & through sms.. Helpdesk is also supportive ... Recommended to everyone.. Thank you

We all enjoyed the trek and also journey throughout. It was nice experience. Also interaction with driver was also good and he was very helpful.

Great trip. Good conditioned bus. Polite driver was driving a bit fast but after telling about senior citizens travelling with us he slowed down. I would say very much responsive. Took us safely although due to heavy rains the trip from mumbai to ganpatipule and back was really good. Will travel again. Well done guys.

Really liked the service provider by Suahma travels. Good vehicle condition, understanding driver and supporting staff made our trip memorable. Thank you

Service was good and we had a safe journey with their experienced driver

Had a trip to Mahabaleshwar with family in 13 seater bus.

ITS AWESOME TRIP AND AWESOME CO-OPRATION FROM DRIVER NANHELAL

THANKS TO PRERANA TO EXCELLENT SUPPORT TILL JOURNEY START

The driver were very polite and cooperative
But while booking i had to give my details again and again on different numbers to different people. and I had to give the person a reminder again and again to send me the details , which was little disappointing and time consuming
