SUSHMA TRAVELS Reviews

Very nice I like it very much..love to take there service

From travels side I have no problem.. But the driver who came for the drive was a worst candidate . He was sleeping while driving .. I have asked him to sleep by keeping the vehicle aside but he was not in a position to listen to me. Kindly don't send such arrogant fellows to the driving . We go with families so we think about the caring but these things will make us fear.

My experience with Sushma travels was very good. Bus reached before time and it was clean and neat. Also It was very smooth ride for all our guests. Thank you so much for the service.!!

Thanks. We had a wonderful trip. Bus was extreamly good and driver was very supportive.

Sushama travells is the best service provider in tour and travells we just visit the mumbai, shirdi ji , triyanbkeshwar, matheran and lonavala. We all happy with their nice service, specially vinay ji. He is really nice gentle man.

Happy to travelling with Sushma travels in Mumbai Tour, Excellent experience, Very good Cushion seats neatly maintained bus and coming to driver he is very experienced and trust worthy travels at very low cost.

We booked a traveller for Mumbai tour one week family trip from outstation to Mumbai.. The Traveller was really neat and clean, fully air conditioned with excellent driver, safe and very helpful to us. I recommend this because it's a trust worthy travel agency...

To me it was fantastic experience and driver was very cooperative and humble. Sitting was comfortable and no overspeeding at any point.

Driver was good. Book a luxury car. Payment calculation was made clear at the start.

The overall ride was great. To start the trip driver was exactly on time. There was a little argument over the start point of the trip for fare calculation but great support was provided at odd hours. The ride was good and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work and would definitely recommend for future trips.

We hired vehicle (12 seater van) for 3 days and below is our experience.
-They had outsourced vehicle from other transporter(royal travels). Vehicle was as shown in the photos shared. Water was constantly dripping from the A/C duct. We hence could not use last 4 seats of the van. All the luggage was placed under our seats and leg space.
- The driver had just completed a 3 day trip and returned the previous mid night at 1 AM. He was assigned our duty at 6 AM in the morning. He brought the shabby VAN as it is and was tired. The previous day he denied duty but Sushma travels managed to convince him.
- Only on the second day he agreed to clean the vehicle. We had to talk to Sushma Travel to advise him do this.
- He also wanted cash frequently, this is in addition to we paying advance + token amount to driver + his fooding +filling diesel.
- We requested for a driver familiar with routes, unfortunately we had to navigate for him constantly. We did not opt to drive ourselves to avoid this but we had to do it all along.

Most of the above are not in passengers control. A good driver and vehicle are a must for journey to be comfortable.
