SUSHMA TRAVELS Reviews

i dnt have words to axplain somthing... 1-2hrs lait picup..2-wrong comitment.. and so many more.. i am very upset

I had a very good experiance with Sushma travels. The booking process is very well laid out without much hastle. Every step is digitized . Got to see the bus which i booked. Rates were transperent. Very good and informative telephonic conversation.
Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking due to unexpected incident at the family front. Refund was made without any hastle. First time experinced such high ethics in this industry. I will highly recommend Sushma Travels to all readers of my experiance.
