There was a mixup in my delivery and I contacted Deb in customer service she was very helpful and got right back to me and squared everything up. Their customer service is wonderful I’ve never had a bad experience.

First of all, I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne on several occasions and I like her integrity and dedication to natural products. I truly like and believe in products and am greatly appreciative of their customer service. Had 2 issues through the years w orders and the CS team was quick in response and remedied my concerns.

The customer service is excellent. Fast at resolving anything and quickly reply back. I'm really surprised at how quickly they respond back to you if you have any questions or want to know anything about a product they will let you know as soon as possible. Very professional. Kind and these products are absolutely amazing! I will be a customer forever. Great company and a great family! They are very fair! Excellent company that goes above and beyond for their customers! ❤️💛

I recently needed to return a product that arrived damaged in the mail. I wrote an email explaining the situation, and Deb from Customer Service responded the next day. Deb let me know that a replacement was already in the mail. Customer Service doesn’t get any better than that!

I had purchased Suzanne’s Sheer Satin lipstick in Antique Rose some time back, ran out, and tried so many other products, which were NOT the same as Suzanne’s, and finally ordered these again! I just love the color and how long it stays on.
I can’t wait to have them again and will always keep a backup around so I don’t run out!
