I was able to talk with a real person. Although it is more difficult to do so now. You used to advertise GREAT customer service and it was. Now it is just good.

I just had the best customer service ever! My order got lost in transit and I messaged customer service. They responded within 12 hours after receiving my message. They apologized for the inconvenience and are shipping a replacement order immediately. I love all of the skin care, hair care and supplements from the Suzanne Somers line of product. The Gut Renew line is the BEST!!

I had a question about my shampoo, so I sent an email, and received a quick and kind response.

Customer Service greatly exceeded my expectations!!!
I requested to return a product because when I put it on my skin it caused my tongue and mouth to burn. I’ve used a number of different products from Suzanne Somers and never had a problem before. I’m sure it’s me rather than the product because other things are starting to affect my tongue mouth too.
Well, before the end of the same day a refund was issued minus the shipping charge and I didn’t have to return the product. Hopefully, I can find someone who will love it.

Recently I purchased three shampoos and received three conditioners. I emailed Customer Service late in the evening and the first thing in the morning I recently a lovely response from Deb stating how sorry they were for the mix up. They immediately shipped out the correct product and had me keep the conditioners as a gift for the inconvenience. I was so impressed how they handled the situation.

This is the best company. The products are so wonderful and clean. The customer service is out of this world. We use almost every product are a customer and fan forllife

I've been using Suzanne's products for several years. Each product far surpasses my expectations. The Customer Service is top notch! I recently put two items in my cart that I purchased by mistake. I absolutely love the orange vanilla organic shampoo. I have used it for 12 years and my hair is very shiny and healthy. The smell is wonderful, no harmful parabens.

I had a bag of protein powder arrive with a hole in the bottom, and quite a bit of the product had spilled into the shipping box. I emailed SuzanneSomers.com customer service explaining the issue and included photos, and they responded almost immediately to let me know they would replace the entire bag. I've been using Suzanne Organics for a couple of years, and it is all wonderful! I wanted products with pure ingredients from a company with integrity. I know that Suzanne and Caroline created the line with the highest quality in mind and it shows. I especially love the Manuka honey products, the lip balm, and the tinted spf moisturizer, which is so light and airy. I use several products every day and love them! The customer service team is always so responsive and helpful too!
