SWAPBRIDGE is a scam company. Thank God I did not invest thousands. I was assigned to one of their staff called Melissa Esdaile who persuaded me to invest for only two months and I can redraw my money after two months if I am not satisfied. I told her I was only investing because the money is for paying my tuition fees and I will need it in 3months. It's been a year now and I have been sending messages to redraw my money which was still intact and Brian Mayfair sent me ridiculous emails telling me I have to pay another £1000 before I can redraw my money. In the end I have to borrow money to pay for my fees. Please don't listen to their fake reviews. It's a scam. I went to trace their address on their registered website and its a fake address. They rob innocent people with sweet and convincing words. They could call you ten times in a day regardless of the hour or time. Please beware. I will not recommend anyone trading with SWAPBRIDGE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Do not use these scam artists…keep your money invest elsewhere…they will take your money and seem to do well then when you want to withdraw they tell you it takes 6 weeks and then you start to lose it all…DO NOT USE SWAPBRIDGE NO NO NO ITS A SCAM. You have been warned people invest elsewhere?!!!!!

It's a scam. They took my deposit + a lot of other information which I made a mistake to give. They supposedly opened a trade account which is deliberately made very difficult and convoluted to open by myself. After a couple of days they called to tell me that I made a small profit, only to entice me to make a bigger deposit. By that time, I became suspicious due to many inconsistencies in their presentations. I read the bad reviews. I requested a return of my deposit. Since then, they would not respond to my many attempts to contact them. They are super nice talking when they want your money. Once you refuse to pay more, they shut you completely off and you will never see your money again. Beware. It's a fraud and a scam

Do not deal with this organization. They made all sorts of promises that they could trade Bitcoin on my behalf and with Bitcoin doubling coming up would produce great financial returns; it did not. They managed to take my account from the USD$1400+ that I deposited to a negative balance during the doubling. Then they had a “VIP Trader” contact me and try to persuade me to invest additional funds so he could make back my money lost by the “Junior Trader”. They also require many of my ID’s such as Drivers Licence and Passport that can be used for identity theft. I was naïve so that is on me. Hard lesson learned that I hope my review and warning saves others from also losing their money.
It appears that Swapbridge may be trying to counter negative reviews by loading up positive reviews and by having negative reviews removed.

In March I invested $250 in this company and they allegedly invested it in crypto currency. I had numerous conversations with a customer manager, James Landon, and he persuaded me to invest a further $2250 which again they allegedly invested in crypto currency. Their website is very good and shows how everything is invested. After loosing some of the capital, if it was ever invested, I decided to close the account and they confirmed that the balance had been refunded but it has never arrived. I sent them numerous emails which they have totally ignored. I threatened them with bad reviews on social media and reporting them to Action Fraud but they still ignored me.
DO NOT INVEST IN THIS ORGANISATION ITS A SCAM.

What ever you do, please do not invest in this company unless you are happy to lose your hard earned money.
All the time you are adding money to your account, they cannot be more helpful, but as soon as you mention withdrawing or closing your account they are not interested, and guess what, the value of the account drops like a stone. I have been trying for over a month to close my account without any luck, and not surprisingly the value is now less than I invested.
Here's hoping I get something back!

So after leaving my initial review I was contacted by Harold Collen who is the Customer Support Manager. Once he’d heard about my experience he was very apologetic & instantly offered a refund. This was on the 21st May, on the 22nd May he emailed me to say that my refund had been processed and the amount should reach my account with 5-10 working days. We are now on the 29th June and GUESS WHAT?!!! Still no sign of the refund, in this time I had exchanged constant emails with Harold he kept fobbing me off but I trusted his word, I then requested the ARN number so I could follow it up with my bank; he kept saying he’s chasing it but I’ve still not heard back.

I mean it’s pretty obvious that this is NOT a legitimate company, they have all there ‘staff’ involved in this SCAM! They are taking money of hundreds if not thousands of trusting/innocent people and just like me have now lost out!

I urge you PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Scam company, I've reported them to cyber crime so hopefully they can close down this company, don't know how Tom Fridman can sleep at night frauding and scamming people out of their hard earned money, it really upsets me
Will probably get back the automated response but don't worry Tom Fridman and his cronies will get their just rewards

was totally uneasy as this felt like a scam even the video of Richard Branson felt like an AI presentation.

Since writing this review I have been contacted by customer support, who have listened to my doubts of achieving financial growth with them and they have agreed to reimburse my original investment. Thank you for listening, and waiting in anticipation for the fund to be returned.

Damn! a really traumatic experience, it was my appeal and contacting Natisia Sercurities that resolved and got it all reversed.
Firstly it was 250 to get started with swapbridge then a new manager emerged to manage my portfolio and trades, got sucked in till I got to 22,250 in investment.
All hell broke loose because I was not ready to put in any more, a new manager tried but I had reached my limits and I got locked out.
It was so bad folks, no one would respond but when you start the legal action they tried to stop me.

Bad Company, Wasted time.
