It's been one week of waiting for my redemption and I just keep getting it's under review by customer service you'll be left waiting awhile if you even see your winnings I haven't.

So I bought the $79 package and was on for hours and completed the requirements for the play through. Won $1000 $500 and 500 and redeemed it. Got on this morning after being on it in the same state I haven’t left since yesterday and it’s saying the website is not available in my region now. Like wow very shady and a scam. So I lost my money and can’t get on to the site anymore. I would say sue but it’s not going to get you anywhere. It’s a shame its sites out there like that. This happen to anyone else

Been waiting on my redemption for a week now! They keep giving me this generic message about it being in review! No other social casino takes this long. It’s definitely a scam

Bought a coin pack. won. redeemed in the 14th. still waiting for it to get approved. been 4-5 days now with just getting the same response everytime. if and when i get my redemption i will update this post. but for now 1 star. be careful

UPDATE: so my redemption was approved today (the 28th) 14 days exactly. i will update again when i receive. 14 days is crazy to process a redemption. will update.

2ND UPDATE: finally got my redemption today so i will update to 3 stars. takes a long time to get redemption, and customer service is really no help and just responds with same message. but they did finally pay out.

They send emails offering free spins and or bonuses but do not honor what they offer. Cant complain about customer service except for the back tracking reasons that made no actual sense other than to show the deception and accountability that can be expected.

I completed a verification that passed, I won $1000, I went to redeem and of course the maximum is 500. I put in to redeem $500 on July 9. Today is july 15 and they’re still reviewing it. I’ve contacted them every day and they keep telling me it’s still being reviewed. And I can’t imagine how long it would take to review a simple win and a simple redemption. I would never again play this casino game. Or would I recommend it to anyone. There is no reason to have to wait that long for them to review a simple win and deposit it into my checking account. They’re reviewing it hasn’t even hit my bank yet.

I bought a $250 package and have two redemptions pending for $500 each since 5 days ago and I’ve called at least 4 times and chatted with a rep every day to find out why my redemptions still haven’t moved whatsoever and everyone just reads me the same script. I play on multiple sites and I’ve never waited longer than 3 days to get my redemption. This is unacceptable and even more so that no one can tell me anything at all about a timeframe for my redemptions. I think they’re hoping i cancel so they can take my winnings back, which isn’t happenin. Stay far away from this site if you like quick redemptions.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. ANYTHING YOU DEPOSIT THAT HAS A BONUS SC PACKAGE IS A 25X PLAYTHROUGH. WHICH IS NOT EVEN IN THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR DEPOSIT PAGE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING.
HAVING TO PLAYTHROUGH 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A $82 DEPOSIT AND ONLY AFTER THE 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR PLAYTHROUGH DO I GET TO BE ABLE TO REDEEM ANYTHING AFTER.
This site when they first launched used to be so great. Now they turned into another deceitful, scammy social casino site.

its been 3 days and counting to receive a small redemption, im also targeted so they make sure its extra slow. avoid this place

Sweepsusa is horrible I put my redemption in on June 26th and one on June 27th here today is July 6th no updated and my redemption is still pending. Everytime I contact someone they say the same thing like they copying and pasting sending the same thing over and over someone different email everyday saying the same thing the last person said nothing different just a repeat of the same message just a different person name each time. I’m really starting to think this site is a scam I keep getting the runaround.I will be contacting the bbb next.

Cashed out 300 on june 25th, its the 6th of july.... They paid me in the past but this is getting kinda ridiculous. Will update if i ever get off of review status....

Do not play here. Very complicated rules and requirements designed against you.

They have the regular currency called SC, and then there is Bonus SC (BSC). BSC packages can have up to 20x playthrough requirements, and it is not disclosed until after you have purchased the package. For example, they might offer you a deal of $100 for 100 SC and 50 BSC. With a 20x playthrough requirement, you would have to wager 1000 SC. And what is worse is that playthrough for BSC only counts on slots. Table games, live games, scratch cards, etc. do not count at all. Every "deal" offered by them is like this. They offer you an extra SC deal, but after you purchase, you find out that the extra SC is Bonus SC with insane playthrough requirements that they are basically worthless.

Cash redemptions also have a 1.5% fee, which also suck.

They have great deals and that's how they trick you. Once you try to make a redemption they make it so hard to try and get your money back. The process to verification is like you are a dog chasing your own tail

They abruptly banned my account after denying my redemption request. Bonus funds subject to 25X playthrough, so you are virtually guaranteed to lose money. Total fraud of a website. Pursuing arbitration.

Yeah… been an entire week since requesting redemption and it’s still “under review”… no timeline for when it will be reviewed. THEN once it’s reviewed it will take another 5 business days.

Fraudulent website. They shut down my account and are refusing to pay me. To whoever is seeing this, Please read the other reviews too -- to see just how scammy of a company they are. DO NOT PLAY HERE. I will be filing an arbitration claim against this scammy company and I suggest everyone else who has been scammed by Sweeps USA does too. They have a 2.1 star rating for a REASON

I won 83SC and tried to redeem via gift card. My redemption was denied and my account was banned. The reason was for 'Engaging in patterns of play designed to minimize risk or guarantee outcomes using bonus funds.' It is against their T&C to play to win--you can only play to lose!

Use extreme caution before spending money with SweepsUSA. My experience was very disappointing. I purchased a package and used the platform, but my account was later restricted and permanently closed. My redemption was not processed, I did not receive payment, and my original purchase was not refunded. When I contacted support, I was not provided with a clear and specific explanation for the decision. In my experience, what is most concerning is that an account can be closed and funds withheld without a detailed explanation being provided to the user. I am sharing my experience so that others can carefully research the platform before deciding to spend money on it.

Still waiting on a measly 200 in redemptions for 2 plus weeks now and still nothing but emails saying that they have passed on to the relevant team for processing 3 times now and still can’t even give me any sort of time frame or nothing. They have not paid me or my brother a single penny that we have won. My brother has been waiting over a month on his account. If they actually pay any of our redemptions I will update my review and score, until then I would say that Sweepsusa is nothing but a dishonest bunch of scammers and would advise people to play elsewhere.
