Play in this casino for the first time and I won $100 I tried redeeming my cash out and this was over a week ago and currently I'm still waiting for my payout they keep saying the same thing every time I ask him what's the wait or how long more it's going to take and I just keep getting the same repetitive replies. Not happy at all with this experience

They are some crooks I made a redemption for 1000.00 they said it would take 3-5 business days before it would be in my account.. on the fourth day they blocked me out of my account!!! They closed my account. Please don't be. Victim!!! They are not going to pay!!! They are somx crooks!!!! Please don't play here!!!!

MAJOR SCAM. Closed my account and stole my money when I submitted my second redemption. Referenced T&Cs with no specifics. Happened to two other people I know on same day. Their deals have dried up, fake daily wheel that never hits, playthrough restrictions on bonus funds. They will be out of business imminently; don't waste your money depositing here just to have it stolen. THEY ALSO CHARGE CASH ADVANCE FEES WHEN NO OTHER CASINO DOES ON SAME CREDIT CARD.

I redeemed for $160 a small amount it’s been two weeks and I still have not seen my redemption. Customer service is a joke they are one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with this is ridiculous

I bought a pack on march 9th and won enough to redeem the same day. I've been waiting since then and still haven't received my redemption. I've also chatted with support like 5 times already and they keep saying there's a delay and it's just going to be a little longer. It is now march 23rd, 14 days later 9, almost 10 business days later. I was initially told 3-5 business days.

Wish i could give 1000 stars! I've been playing on SweepsUSA for a few months and have strictly only played off of their free daily GC/SC. I finally won!! Not sure about this place. They have good selection of games but redeeming a prize is taking way to long and I'm now wondering if I will even receive the $350...I asked support but all they could say is 3-5 days, To me 3-5 days to redeem your winnings us way to long all the other places I play don't take that long maybe 48 hours so I doubt I will be back unless they speed up my redemption

Update: I've been waiting for my redemption payout since January 20th 2026 received an email told to do another redeemtion payout. Did the redemption payout for only 100.00 instead of the 150.00 that I was owed and I have to wait another 3 days. Sweep USA have done nothing but lie, manipulate, cheat, scam me out of a legitimate win. And I continued to buy coins thinking that they would do the right thing in good faith. It's Paid is their processor and they told me it was up to It's Paid if I receive my payout it never occured. I done everything required of me to receive my winnings and they continued to lie, and manipulate. Just wanted to update.
