Swimclub Reviews

Ordered item on 25/12/25. Dublin delivery. Jan 08/01/26, still not arrived. I reached out by email and Instagram for updates and received no reply. Disappointed as I chose this due to reputation and Irish ownership and great reviews. I understand Christmas might be a down time but communicating this to customers would go a long way.emails asking for reviews when I still have not received the item or received replies makes it a very non human experience

Really poor customer service. I returned a swim jacket on 11/12/25. A Post tracking reported delivering it on 15/12/25.
I have emailed looking for confirmation that they received the package and have yet to receive a reply. I’m still waiting on my refund. Very bad service, would not recommend

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a jacket as a gift and checked their refund policy before I bought. It clearly stated things could be sent back within 28 days. However there only information was to return via parcelhub their parcelhub is not working and nobody answers any emails at all. If you message their social media page they will answer but will not do anything as they say they do not work in the company they just handle social media. Ridiculous customer service , wouldn't even mind if I didn't get a refund but they could have the decency to respond to their queries. Really disappointed

Great fit and very comfortable to wear, would recommend to anyone that likes taking a dip in the colder months

excellent advice on sizing, easy to order, good value for money, fast delivery

Fast service and Irish brand love my swimming jacket easy to wear and to take off after my swim

I recently bought a pair of wetsuit gloves and socks from Swim Club Snug and I'm just delighted with them. I love the quality of the material, they fit very well and therefore keep my hands and feet nice and warm. An added bonus is that both of them are really easy to get on and off. I'd tried others before, and though they were slightly cheaper, theres no comparison between the old ones and the Swim Club Snug wetsuit gloves and sicks. Great products, thanks a million for producing them!

My order arrived the day after putting in the order very impressed

I ordered a shorty wetsuit on 15/10 and today23/10 I have not received it or heard anything

I gave Swim Club - being Irish - an opportunity to compete with Cskins for quality of product, but was disappointed. Swim socks were 1mm thinner for the same price, and not as snug a fit.

Prompt sale. Easy to use website. Fast delivery.

Product of great quality and fit. Just right for braving winter swims

Absolutely love my shorty wetsuit! Great quality and good value for money!!

Company was quick to answer my questions about the product.
Delivery was prompt and by An Post which I prefer to courier service.
I am very pleased with the items I ordered.

I started sea swimming this year and the gloves and socks from Swimclub made the difference in me staying with the sea! Really great products (I also bought the snug) and support service. My recent queries were quickly answered with great service. Excellent products and customer service.

Thank you for my recent order and prompt delivery, I am delighted with it and know my dog will be too!

I love the dry robe ! Very warm . Swift delivery . I also got swim gloves which I’m very pleased with.

I’m yet to receive my shortie I ordered and had no responses to my enquiry

Still not delivered ,over a week later! I am going on holidays tomorrow 6/9 for a week so I will not be here. V disappointing service. Had I realized this I wouldn't have ordered the dry robe.

Excelente quality!
