I had to use customer services because the postal service was poor. Jamie from the company contacted me straight away and sorted out the problem, excellent customer service! Very happy with the watch strap!

It was delivered after nearly a month and was pinkish red and not bright red like in the pictures online.

Great looking and feeling strap, including a tool for spring bar removal. Stays in place and compliments the watch. Took a while to arrive - probably from China - but that’s ok. Maybe a little overpriced if you pay full price but still a good strap! I am happy with my purchase.

Absolute scam and utterly useless. Scammy drop shipping straps from China not uk based do not respond to emails. Delivery nowhere near timescales quoted. STAY AWAY

It advertised a strap for a Tudor Black Bay Ceramic which had a lug width of 22mm. The strap that arrived has a 20mm lug width so is therefore of no use. No response from this company offering a correct strap or a refund. Would not recommend.

Ordered a watch strap for the Black Bay 58. Strap arrives and the fit is awful, I contact customer service who say they need to check with the warehouse about the issue.

Jamie apologises and asks me to send the strap back for a refund.

I have to pay £5 to return the faulty strap. The return address is a random house in Poole (2 Sandy Lane) not a business or office address.

The package is not received. Nobody there to receive it. Royal Mail have the watch strap. Jamie has my money. I'm down £25 and another £5 for return postage.

The store is not answering emails nor live chats.

I have not received my watch straps. I have attempted to contact the company via email, live chat and their social media accounts and I am not getting any responses. I am incredibly unhappy (and out of pocket). I will not be using them again.

Quality product

Although the websites states that you are ordering the strap from a UK based company and it’ll be shipped with Royal Mail from the UK within 5-7 days. They actually just order directly from China and send straight to your address and so the shipping/delivery time is much longer than expected. Mine took 14 days so probably got quite lucky. I ordered a FKM rubber strap and although the quality is ok, I would be surprised if it’s actually FKM rubber like stated. When I was confused about the delivery taking so long, I contacted their chat service through the website and got zero response or acknowledgment. I wouldn’t use again and would urge people to order with caution when using Swiss Link Straps!

Prepare to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive from China.
Then realise:
The tools included don't work
Buy your own tools
Realise the straps do not not fit.

The strap I received is to my surprise, the quality is good and it perfectly fits my swatch omega. Though the delivery of the strap has a bit hiccup, but their customer service is so helpful and helped to track down my order, making sure the strap has been delivered safely to my hands.

An update on the SLS situation with their service and product quality.

Since receiving my two Tudor Black Bay 925 straps, of which both have the most awful fit, then dropping their customer service an email to arrange swapping for the correct fit or a refund, I have heard nothing in response.

Clearly their claims of quality and customer service coming first, fall very short from the reality.

This has now been escalated with my card provider and I will be sharing this disappointing and lacklustre experience with the watch forums I’m part of and anyone in the market, who might fall for this atrocious service. As the Moonwatch straps appear to be their core product, I’ll be sure to visit a number of these forums to warn potential buyers.

Big Scam. I opened a chargeback with them as their support never answers. The strap was different than ordered and doesn't fit at all. They copy everything from another brand and ship scam from Temu.

got a strap that came in a temu packaging. Didnt even fit my MoonSwatch! what the heeeck

Have not received my strap. Tracking number does not work. Unable to contact Swiss Link Straps other than email to which they have not replied.

Amazing quality and feel to this strap that enhances a beautiful watch and together they are a conversation piece.

Although deliver took longer than advertised on the website, the strap looks and feels amazing and looks great on the watch. Can’t recommend enough!

I have had no communication if the watch strap has been sent or when being delivered, that was two weeks ago, very disappointed.
