UK based dropshipping company having their straps manufactured in China and distributed from China. Delivery time was 17 days. No warehouse in the UK. Highest quality straps with under average service.

It's been a week since I placed the order, and according to the tracking, it hasn't made it outside of China yet. Assuming it's going to be 2 months before I receive a $40 rubber strap.

Still hasn’t arrived been waiting ages

customer service does not exist. I feel scammed, betrayed, nobody got back to me about the damaged products they sent me, even though I initiated multiple attempts to connect with them. The phone number rings once then nothing, can't leave messages. Nobody replied to my emails or the review I left for them after I purchased these products.

I emailed them at the link info at swisslinkstraps.com but nobody gets back to me.

Never got my items

Fantastic strap, very comfortable, definitely buy again. The only criticism I had was the delivery time.

Ordered on 25 Jan and as of 12 Feb still no sign of my purchase. Have had a notification on 5 Feb from a Chinese courier that the order is being processed but no updates since. Should have checked trustpilot first as it seems several other people have had similar experiences. Company says they are based Poole but it's clear all stock is a sourced and sent from China which is a little misleading. My advice, do not order from this company

In my experience..DEFINITELY don’t use this company . Ordered over 4 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived and they keep ignoring my emails. So the only thing with my experience with this company is to say it’s a SCAM.

Great quality very pleased

I ordered two watch straps to better compliment my omega moonswatch. Both bands are very nice and the accompanying tools worked perfectly. Very easy to install with a quick YouTube tutorial. I thought the delivery, at approximately 2 weeks was a bit slow.

A very good quality strap which was very easy to fit. The strap came with the required tools to fit and even included spare pins for the strap

These are about as Swiss as fried rice and dumplings. Shipped from china (16 days shipping ) In utterly basic plain packaging and with an RRP full price on site at 60GBP. I paid less due to promotion and it was still too much. Had a full refund due to outrageous shipping delay but I’d have perused a refund over the very cheap strap in any event. Do not waste your money.
