Luxury watch transaction
Great contact from the sales agent, service on arrival was welcoming. The 1hr appointment slots may not be long enough for some, especially if wanting to try on and discuss a few pieces. Prices are comparable. Payment was a simple transaction, constant emails reminding of appointments and payment balances were annoying. I chose to collect so that I could try on the watch.

We are really pleased to hear you found the team welcoming and that the purchase process was straightforward. Elenna very much enjoyed looking after you during your appointment, so your kind comments regarding the service on arrival are greatly appreciated.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding appointment timings. Our booking system allocates showroom appointments in one-hour slots to help us manage diary availability, however this does not mean clients are limited to one hour with us. Some visits are very quick, while others take considerably longer, especially when clients wish to view and discuss several pieces in detail.
With regard to communication, the appointment email is sent to confirm our showroom address and visit details. As a refundable deposit was placed, the system also sends confirmation once the deposit is received, followed by a balance payment email when the remaining amount is due. This allows clients to complete payment remotely if they decide not to visit in person, or if they wish to finalise the purchase ahead of collection.
On the “full set” point, we would also like to clarify that any watch advertised by us as a full set would always be supplied as such at the point of sale. In relation to the Explorer II mentioned, the watch was listed as a full set and our system notes showed that a genuine Rolex Explorer II manual booklet was to be added where required. We do hold genuine Rolex manual booklets for this purpose, so the watch would have been supplied correctly as a full set at the time of purchase.
We take great care to ensure our listings accurately reflect what is included with each watch, and we are always happy to clarify this with clients before purchase.

Excellent customer service
I would just like to thank Kyle for helping me purchase my first Rolex, the level of customer service from Kyle and Swiss Timepieces was excellent.
I didn’t travel to their premises due to the distance and I was very apprehensive on posting the watch.
I had nothing to worry about. The watch was obviously packed with care, the watch was immaculate as described.
I would definitely recommend this company.

All the staff were most helpful, and they obtained a good price for my wife’s Rolex. It took longer than is usual, but they kept me informed all the way through, they seem a very trustworthy organisation.

Watch exactly as described
I have been following SwissTimepieces for some time & found that the particular make/model/condition of watch I was after was competitively priced compared to others.
I live about a six hour drive from SwissTimepieces so was unable to visit the shop, I decided to purchase over the phone, which I was a little twitchy about but Kyle put my mind at rest answering all the questions I had which gave me confidence.
The watch duly arrived by insured delivery on the agreed day, the only gripe I have is that I did not get any information regarding the package location/tracking but this was probably down to the courier.
The Full Set watch was exactly as described & I am over the moon with it.
I would thoroughly recommend SwissTimepieces for your next watch purchase.

It was a very good experience
It was a very good experience. It took over an hour and a to decide but this was due to the stock they had and the no pressure environment.
Time was taken to look at multiple different watches and take the time to inspect and try and decide which one to get.
Overall great experience.

Fantastic service, highly recommend
Really good experience with SwissTimepieces. I recently used them to sell two Rolex watches on commission and the whole process was very easy. They arranged and paid for insured collection, kept everything straightforward, and both watches sold without any hassle. Communication was good throughout and payment was made exactly when they said it would be. Everything stayed on schedule from start to finish. Would definitely use them again.
