An easy to use website, from which I got a decent quote that was far fairer than I’d received elsewhere. My two watches sold within three weeks and I received my payment exactly when and as they said I would. Email communications and updates excellent throughout, as was the general level of service. I would happily use this company again.

This is now the fifth time we have either bought or sold a watch through SwissTimepieces and I am sure it won’t be the last!

We arranged to visit the showroom and were treated really well upon arrival. Incidentally the parking facilities on site were excellent especially considering the premises are in the town centre.
The showroom is very well appointed and the service friendly and professional. We did experience a minor issue with the watch strap the following day which was handled extremely professionally and swiftly brought to satisfactory solution by Owin the General Manager who was excellent.
I would certainly purchase another watch from them in the future and I could confidently recommend anyone doing the same.

Unlike a lot of Watch dealers out there who in my opinion are no better than unscrupulous second hand car sales people this company will sell your timepiece for a fair price and give a fair return to you.

Purchased my first Rolex from these guys, and I honestly couldn’t fault them if I tried!

I was slightly nervous about buying from the grey market initially, but I called the store on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to the team. Every question I had was answered honestly, informatively, and without any pressure.

I took the weekend to think it over, emailed Sam on Monday, and paid online on Wednesday morning. My watch was delivered on Friday morning — and it was absolutely stunning!

From start to finish, the quality of service, communication, and delivery was 100%.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone considering purchasing a high-end watch.
