SwissTimepieces Reviews

Very easy people to deal with, I felt I was well taken care of whilst buying my watch. Purchased online and it was exactly as described when received. Great service and very good value from what else I had seen. Highly recommended.

Bought my fifth watch from them this week and the watch and service was 5 star as always

Staff member was professional and helpful and I felt at ease with my whole experience.

Clear communication, fair price and delivery was smooth. Watch was perfect and even sized for me before shipping. Absolutely no hesitation about buying from them again.

first class customer service & already looking to purchase my next Rolex from them.

This was an extremely professional and outstanding company to deal with. Their communication was second to none, they kept in touch at all stages of our purchase and the process was seamless
There were absolutely no problems whatsoever and this is certainly a company we would not hesitate to both use again but also to recommend to perspective customers
Highly recommended

Sold through them. A very straightforward process. Watch valued and a return guarenteed, package it, post it and let the team at SwissTimepieces do the rest!
Great communication, transparent pricing and stress free. Highly recomended

Excellent service and great communication. I will definitely deal with these people again.

Swiss Timepiece gave me a fair price for my Rolex. They sold it quickly, and the money was in my bank account after fourteen days as agreed. I couldn't wish for a better experience

A brilliant experience from start to finish with SwissTimePieces.

I got a way better price via consignment selling then going to jewellers directly.

The watch pick up process was seamless and the sale experience was explained to me every step of the way.

A real 5 star service!

Thanks so much STP!

Really responsive. Sensible price - they would not move, so I felt there was no chunky margin! Watch arrived on time and in the perfect condition described. I was hesitant to not buy from a Rolex AD but did not need to be. In fact Watches of Switzerland later confirmed I’d got a good deal.

Sam and the team are always spot on. This is my second purchase and I have previously done 2 sales. All have been seamless and as advertised. I will is ST again for both. Service is excellent and the products are as described and arrive promptly.

Great service, bought several watches from them now. Highly recommend.

I have used SwissTimepieces on a number of occasions now (both buying and selling) and cannot praise them highly enough. Sam and his team are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I gave SwissTimepieces my Rolex to sell after a family member recommended them, from start to finish the transaction was easy and timely, communication was excellent and I got a price that was fair

Hi standards and attention to detail is what you can expect from Swiss Timepieces. The selling experience is smooth and easy. The security of your details is taken seriously. Good company to deal with.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Price for the sale of my watch was fair and transparent from the beginning and sale was quicker than I had anticipated.

It was a real pleasure to work with Swiss Timepieces, they kept me updated on all aspects of the sale. The watch looked so good when they polished it I thought about asking for it back. From collection to point of sale it was faultless. I achieved the amount of money promised and couldn't be happier

Very happy with the highly professional service from start to finish. STP are knowledgeable about the market, and the prices they secure — along with their fees — are much better than other similar sales services. I listed four watches with them: two sold within a few weeks, and another after around two months. One watch remains unsold even after a price drop, which is disappointing, but overall the experience has been excellent.
