This is the second watch this company has sold for me and the process has been stress free on both occasions.

Bought my watch online. Communication was excellent with all emails answered promptly including one I sent at a weekend. My watch was delivered within 48 hours with frequent updates from the courier. The watch was carefully packaged and contained all the relevant documents. Very impressed with the service, would use again and highly recommend if your looking to purchase

Drove down from Glasgow rather than…
Drove down from Glasgow rather than have the watch posted to me, after shopping around for a few weeks looking for a Rolex I came across swisstimepieces glad I did, I saved a substantial amount of money for a newer watch than I was being offered in Glasgow, the place just looked class when I walked in and was treated the way you would expect with a top notch company.
ps only complaint I have is I couldn't blag myself one of the Rolex skip hats 😉 on show. 😀

Great communication and prompt service

I would use again
Had an Omega watch that I wasn’t wearing, not being sure about other sales avenues, concerned about being ripped off and obviously I wanted the best return I could money wise, I went with these guys. Priced my watch quickly and paid out promptly when it was sold.
I would use them again if I had a nice timepiece to sell, cheers Sam and team.

10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a great watch. Kyle was fantastic and very helpful from start to finish. He provided me with additional photos of the watch I ended up purchasing and answered all the questions I had for him. I never felt under any pressure to purchase anything and was grateful for his help and support. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you remain unhappy.
To clarify, the watch was pre-owned, over two years old, and was submitted to us as worn / excellent condition when the selling form was completed. From the image uploaded at the time of quoting, visible nicks could be seen in the stainless steel bezel.
Upon physical inspection, we felt the watch required a light refurbishment to bring it up to our retail standard and to help us achieve the strongest possible return for you. This work is only carried out where we believe it is necessary, with both the seller and prospective buyer in mind.
There were absolutely no hidden charges. Before proceeding with any commission sale, we send our commission sale agreement to the client and ask them to review the terms before signing, to ensure they are happy to proceed. The agreement includes the refurbishment terms, and no concerns were raised at the point of signing. Had you raised any concern at that stage, we would have been more than happy to discuss this with you before proceeding.
We also emailed you at the time to confirm the watch was being sent for refurbishment, and when you asked questions, we answered them. You did not ask to cancel the sale at that point.
Your watch arrived with us on 9th June, and by 13th June we had sold it for the full asking price. This result was achieved because the watch was presented to the buyer in immaculate retail condition. Based on the condition the watch arrived in, we do not believe we would have been able to achieve the same result without carrying out the light refurbishment.
We are sorry you feel disappointed, but we disagree that this was hidden. The work was carried out in line with our agreed commission sale process, with the aim of achieving you the absolute best possible result.
