Kim was fantastic, emailed me telling me exactly when my phone would arrive, which was the next day. Followed up a number or times making sure I was happy with my phone and had no issues.

Recently renewed our contract with SwitchAid. From start to finish, staff were friendly, helpful and professional, helping to get our charity a good deal. The support from Keith Wood from a sales perspective, and then the customer care from Kim McCallum was great. As a newly registered charity, we needed to start small and after trying to sort out phone contracts with the likes of Vodafone, we were ready to give up as it was so arduous. Then we found SwitchAid who were able to help us get our first mobile phone and contract and port our number across on the date we required.

Outstanding customer service from Kim
Kim McCallum has been amazing in helping sort out an issue I had with the new account we had just setup.
The password setup instructions provided on the website were wrong, Kim gave me a contact number for the support desk but I called them twice and waited for 56mns the first time and 1h04 the second time and was still not able to sort out my issue.
But Kim followed up by email and directly presented my issue to the support team and that's when we realised the instructions were not quite correct.
But thankfully everything has been resolved now. Clearer instructions were given and i now have access to my new account. Kim is always helpful, available and simply great and pleasant to communicate and deal with. Definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty.

When my Company Prime Wills and Trusts, needed a mobile phone package that suited our coverage and usage, We contacted switch Aid. They have a solid moral background and that fitted nicely with us.
