I am a Motability customer I have been to switch car hire few times through Motability due to the scheme vehicle being off the road the hire cars they have been given to me have been brand new some prestige models the staff and Helen the manager at Aberdeen branch are always so helpful and so far model I have had Kia SPORTAGE ,Mercedes GLA and BMW X3 have all been super

Top class service from all at Switch Hire Bootle, Liverpool, following a collision in my vehicle. Excellent communication from Chantel and Jacque, in arranging drop-off and collection of my hire vehicle. The vehicle was as requested and really helped during the difficult period without my car. Great service from the drivers in attending at my home address to drop-off and collection hire vehicle. I couldn't have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Excessive charge for very minor scuff
On returning my rental vehicle to Switch Exeter I was informed that there was a small scuff on one of the alloys. I was aware that alloy damage had been a problem at the last car rental from Switch so had been exceptionally careful this time. So the tiny scuff may or may not have been present when I collected and inspected the vehicle and in the bright sunlight it could easily have been missed. I pointed this out to staff who nevertheless told me that there was no benefit of the doubt &I would be invoiced £125 for any repair under their, what seems to be,“inflexible“ fits all policy. Whilst the staff were polite and professional no goodwill reduction was offered when I later pointed out that the average UK cost for a repair of this type was £50-£80, considerably less than the charge. As a regular customer of this company and it‘s associates I shall certainly think twice before using them again.
