I purchased à contract from switch and it never came.,..

A door-to-door representative from Switcheroo came to my home offering a "better deal" to switch my broadband to Rise. The rep assured us that Switcheroo/Rise would pay the contract termination fee to our current provider, Toob Broadband. He told us our new Rise Wi-Fi router would arrive before October 6th, and that Toob would automatically disconnect on October 6th, at which point we could just plug in the new router and enjoy internet.
None of this happened.
The router never arrived, and Toob disconnected our service on October 6th as expected. When we called Rise to locate our order, they told us they had no record or request under my details and that they were not responsible. To make matters worse, I have now received an email from Toob demanding payment for breaching my contract.
Switcheroo’s agent completely misinformed us, created a ghost application, and left us stranded without internet while stuck with contract cancellation penalties. Unacceptable service and zero accountability. Avoid!

I've moved from sky mobile to EE with a better deal
The problem is that sky refuse to release my number to the new supplier. Something they should not be allowed to do. So ill never deal with sky mobile again

Called SWITCHERO as I read that SWITCHERO.co.uk has access to lowest energy prices which don‘t show on any other search engine companies offering online deals only. Firstly, the call was very quickly answered and BROGAN who answered the call was very friendly, efficient & helpful with advice to choose the right energy deal leading to saving £18 per month with my previous provider for next month and onwards. Very happy with SWITCHERO and will call them again for broadband when my contract comes to an end.

Great deal better coverage for my area and almost 1/2 the price

Staff told they call me but they haven't

The whole service seemed very tailored to me. The people at switcheroo seemed to be working hard to find deals for me. They rang a few times at times that were convenient to me and helped me every step of the way.

I was contacted by Kai from Chadwell who has found me a contract with my present supplier, ee, with unlimited data, minutes and texts and for use in EU for £6 less than my current contract and for 2 years, thus saving me £72 à year. Very helpful and will help if I have any queries. Prompt delivery of SIM card. Good customer communications.

I was helped in making my decision and Ben answered all of my questions, which i didn't totally understand not being Tech minded.
But he was very patient and he helped me so much and got me a great deal. Thank you Ben

I was looking to move my broadband and made initial enquiry and was contacted exceptionally quickly by a staff member who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to make a substantial saving on my bill. I can’t fault their customer service in any way. Very easy process, speedy response and extremely positive outcome so a huge thanks to the team and can highly recommend.
