We've just left Unicom after almost five years of cover with their "All in one" plan that provided us with electric, water, gas, broadband, phone line and even a mobile phone.
Had we not been selling our business, we would have continued with Unicom for as long as we were in the premises.
Throughout our time with them, they were pleasant to deal with, easy to contact and very well priced.
Even through the recent energy prices crisis, their prices remained fixed and honoured as per the contract. As this didn't always seem to be happening elsewhere, we are really grateful to them for that.
The process of leaving was also very quick and easy, unlike other companies we've dealt with in the past, such as BES.
So, we'd heartily recommend Unicom to anyone with a business, we've already suggested them to several people and will be doing so in the future too!
Thanks for everything and perhaps we'll see you again

Unicom is rubbish
I purchased a property and Unicom was the water provider. I subsequently transferred the property from commercial to domestic and told Unicom. I kept getting bills I wasn’t due. I esculated the case to paul manager Glashow branch. He told me he would give me a £50 refund and send a final bill. I then had another incorrect bill. I called Angus who said this is an old account so he would close down and send a zero bill. I still am waiting for this.
