Good buying experience…
Russell was really friendly and informative. I was still not 100% sure of buying the spotting scope I had seen advertised but it was good to get an expert's advice and views. It was a pretty good deal too....

Very friendly and helpful
They stock a hard-to-find item which allowed me to avoid importing from Japan. I inquired about it and was quickly called back by a very helpful and friendly chap. We had a nice conversation and I ordered the item. It was delivered next day! Thank you SW Optics!!

A really good experience with great advice and value.
Russell welcomed me into the showroom and gave me great advice and a grounded perspective of what would best meet my needs. Zero pressure to upsell me anything and I'm very happy with the new spotting scope that I bought. It was a fair bit cheaper that I thought it might be and it's a really good first scope for me. I will definitely going back to South West Optics when I upgrade. Absolutely worth the trip.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff…
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff member, who was able to explain the pros and cons of different product options in my budget range. The product that I selected was initially out of stock, but when it came back into stock, the communication was very good and the same staff member was very helpful on the actual transaction.
