oK there are plenty of Xcellent stores, places where you can tweak the dials and try out the gear are becoming harder to find. SX Pro, offer a detailed accurate service , orders delivered immediately & there best attribute for me is communication.

Just wanted to say, dealing with SX Pro has been awesome! Dealing with Lawrence Ames has been an absolute pleasure and he is very personable and does his upmost best to help me with my enquires and sales, and he ALWAYS gets back to me quickly, even after work hours. When i told him of my urgency to get the gear I purchased asap, I could not believe it when my gear arrived here in 2 days from UK to Australia over the weekend. Now that is GREAT service!
A few previous dealings with other BIG audio dealers (which will go unnamed) left me disappointed, and will most likely never deal with them again because of this. I placed an order which entitled me to free delivery but straight after I had completed the order I decided to buy something else which would have incurred postage, so I contacted customer support through online chat and one of the team helped me to add the extra items onto my first order and invoiced me through paypal. Whilst waiting for the items to arrive at their office from Germany, the team sent me updates - great customer support.

I was looking to buy a pair of active monitors and had a short list. Dale brought three pairs of speakers to my home to audition, including a pair which I had discounted as they were much cheaper than the other two. And they were the ones I bought! I was really surprised, and still am, at the quality. I was under no pressure at all to consider the more expensive pairs and we had an extended listening session too - about 4 hours - and the listening included a much more expensive pair which I had on loan. I am delighted with my choice and the service. Highly recommended.

First time I have shopped with SX Pro, after many email conversations with Neil Varacliotis, concerning the Zodiac 10M. I finally decided to jump in feet first. I am so glad I did.. Thank you Neil, your service, and prompt reply in communications was first class. Turnaround and delivery of the 10M direct from Antelope was excellent.
The Zodiac 10M? How did it sound? In simple overly biased terms - Stunning!
Take an already incredibly detailed Dac such as the Platinum, and the results with the 10M are far from subtle, simply WOW! Not sonic improvements in the usual sense, but the music sounds so right in all areas. soundstage, instrument separation, timbre, and depth all improved and by some margin.
In summary
Pros.....improves quite dramatically an already excellent sounding Dac
Cons....expensive - but if you are considering the baby 10M, you probably already have a very resolving system. Just go ahead do it!
