Excellent service with the all-important communications. I ordered my Neumann microphone towards the end of last week. This enjoyed free carriage. To avoid delays in delivery over the weekend, I would have been happy to spend extra on 'Next Day' delivery - but this service was not available.
Another thought. I recently had occasion to buy another piece of electronic equipment from another online Company. They used DPD carriers and from the customer's point of view DPD advise, by email, the one hour slot in which the delivery will be made. A very impressive service! That, I think is the only way SX Pro could improve their service.

I recently purchased a Neve 8804 Fader Pack from SXPro. The communication between myself and the folks at SXPro was terrific. Being that I am in the United States I was a bit concerned about timely communication, shipping notifications, etc. The service from these guys is top notch. I was kept informed of the status of my order right up until the ship date. I will definitely purchase again from SXPro, great company.

It's only a matter of time till everyone is using SX Pro. I've spent over a £1000 with SX Pro this year. People are paying more on ebay than what these guys offer products for as new. Mad. Glad I discovered them. I had the Neumann mic I ordered yesterday on my mic stand and working in less than 20 hours. How's that? Totally recommend them!!

I purchased an educational copy of Ozone 6.1. In order to complete the order I was required to send proof of status. The whole process was dealt with efficiently, I received an email at each stage of the process from Neil Varacliotis explainig the process. Excellent service will definately purchase from them again.

There was a delay getting stock for my order. A representative immediately got in touch and offered to refund if I wanted, but I was happy to wait. Contact throughout was excellent, the items arrived when estimated, and the delivery information was more or less live up to my door. Follow up has also been excellent. Highly recommended.

Saw the product I wanted to buy and then spoke to Dale at SX Pro over the sites online chat to discuss paying 50% up front and 50% on interest free finance. From speaking to Dale to receiving the product everything was completely hassle free and there was good communication until I received the item

I bought and empirical labs distressor which is amazing, not only was it the cheapest I could find but it was in stock and delivery was so quick and easy, I have bought many items from them and will definitely buy more in the future.

Bought an Antelope Pure 2. Accidentally it got invoiced to my old address, but they sorted it all out before the delivery van arrived, and so the story had a happy ending. I have bought a few pieces of gear from these guys over the years (thus the old address) and never had any issues.

BTW, the Pure 2 is a very good AD/DA, but can run hot... It should have empty space above it on the rack. My rack is full, unfortunately, and sometimes I have to shut it down to let it cool down. But very nice unit.
