Please do not buy from this company unless you like disappointment and heartache.
I would give 0 stars if possible this has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
The item like many others on trust pilot are not as show they are trash.
Please avoid this company they are full of lies and they promise a full refund if you’re not happy just another lie.
They trade in the uk from Amsterdam and ship crap from China.
Then they expect you to cover the return costs they are a joke.
I have contacted my bank to get my money back it’s just been such a hassle.

Item was not as described but a cheap fabric with a printed pattern on it.No interior labels for size or laundry instructions.When I asked to return it I was offered a partial discount or return goods to China at my expense which would have cost over £30.I will not buy from this firm again.Caveat emptor.

This company sold a LUXURIOUS looking knitware cardigan and sent a cheap, synthetic, plasticy item. They do not look at all similar. When called on it, they offer store credit, but as they hadn't fulfilled their obligation I declined, and they said I could return but would have to pay £25 for shipping back to China (for a £40 item that was not as described). I will be using the bank's chargeback service, or possibly Trading Standards. But in all circumstances, all readers MUST avoid shopping with these con artists.

This is a complete scam website, do not order from them, I never received my air fryer and can’t contact them 🤮

Ordered a woolly Eva Cardigan only to recieve a Polyester garment, that is not like advertised.

Arrived after 15 days. Not as advertised. Looks like a cleaners cardigan. Absolutely fuming would not buy again. Came from china

I wish I had referred to Trustpilot before engaging with this shonky outfit. They are a complete scam. Cheap tat arrived that looked nothing like the images on their website - and the returns policy is a joke. It would cost me more to return the item - to China - than it did to purchase it in the first place!!

I also have received 2 sweatshirts today which looked nothing like they did on the website. Just a 100% polyester sweatshirt with a terrible transfer on. I got the same response, offering a 10% refund, a full store credit (no thanks) or a return which would cost £25, back to China not a UK company as implied.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM!
I'm embarrassed to have been taken in.

I am only giving this company 1 star because that is the lowest score. The items displayed on the website are lovely. But the items sent are cheap knock offs!!! They claim the business to be in the Netherlands. But return address in China with a suggested £25 retrun cost! Big scam in my opinion. Do not buy from this company. All you are doing is being scammed of your money!

Long delivery. Poor quality. Completely different colour from the one I selected. And the pattern was just printed on. I can't even be bothered returning it it was a right faf and it came from China

Ordered a jacket which arrived and is absolutely atrocious quality. This business is operating outside of the Consumer Rights Act. If you experience something similar, go to your bank and ask for a Chargeback or get it refunded via your credit card company. Also please report to Trading Standards so they're put out of business.

The website does not say anything about having to send returns to China (they use an address in Amsterdam) but as you will see below they insist on that when you ask to return the item at YOUR cost (estimated at £25).

Items on the website do not include material information (mine was 95% polyester and seams were already coming apart). This means the items they send are not described accurately and not of sufficient quality.

They also try to make out they're a UK business by saying delivery is by Royal Mail but the tat they send is from China.

This was their response when I requested to return the 'garment' that was sent:

Thought i was purchasing a warm cardigan for my wifes christmas from a Dutch comp .
Items received not as advertised. Cheap and Nasty.
It will cost more than the item is worth to send it back.

Avoid at all costs, Sylverton are con artists. I ordered a cardigan which looks like quality wool in the large picture. What arrived is a hideous polyester material which only vaguely looks like the sales picture.
Sylverton asked me for proof and once supplied, I never heard from them again.
Do not use this company!!!!

placed my order on the 9th dec for delivery by the 22nd, it arrived very late on the 29th dec, the enhanced picture made the garment look thick and warm, what i got was a flimsy unfit for purpose garment... I will never buy from China again, they really do rip people off...

Had to do a chargeback with my CC to get my money back. They claim they’re a boutique in Amsterdam. They’re not. Your order is coming from China. It took over 2 weeks to get to me. They wouldn’t cancel my order. When I told them I was refusing delivery, I was told it will be returned to the logistics warehouse, which they do not have access to. In this case, the order would not be eligible for a refund, as the logistics provider does not forward undelivered items to their facility. They want you to spend an extortionate amount to send it back but even that’s not guaranteed as from past experience they’ll claim to not have received it. If you have the misfortune to deal with this company just dispute it with your CC and do a chargeback. They’ll eventually get the message.

Item nothing like what was ordered. Completely different material and design. Company refusing to refund, stating I need to pay £25 shipping fees and any customs charges. Absolute rip off, do not use this company.

The goods are terrible and they know this but work on the basis that financially it’s worth it as everyone will just leave it If they have to pay £25

Ordered the Molly Mountain scene hoodie and what arrived does not match the description at all. It’s made out of cheap polyester which is a different material to what is advertised. It has no front pocket contrary to what was advertised. It looks so different that my daughter actually did not recognise the hoodie when she opened it for Christmas after picking it recently. Absolutely disgraceful and want to return it though it seems from the other reviews that this is impossible without paying a hefty fee. Disgusting scam company- stay away

Scam. Great website, offer free UK delivery, 30day money back guarantee, items are nothing like advertised. Very keen to offer replacements or give large discounts on next order. You can return items but are expected to cover the £25+ costs to return. Avoid
