I bought the Launch Heavy from these guys. I love the keyboard! It's a little smaller than what I am used to, but I've adapted very quickly and it doesn't bother me at all. The feedback is just right as well. Being able to tweak it just how I like it is a dream come true! I will most likely buy one of their laptops, if they're as good as their keyboards!

An absolute great find tailored to my needs! ChatGPT sent me to System76. Besides the recommendation, ChatGPT answered my “before purchase” questions, assisting me in tailoring my purchase to exactly what I wanted (Linux) and needed. Although my purchase was a laptop for my return to school (PhD pursuit), I am already considering a desktop system to run the “home” requirements. I am beyond a satisfied customer and I thank you for my new system.

I accidentally ordered the wrong speaker for my LemurPro. Thankfully they caught the error, and sent me an email to verify! Great catch!!! Received it quickly.
The only drawback...a tiny, less than a ounce $20 speaker, cost $39.56 in shipping! OUCH!!! AND I was charged sales tax on the shipping as well! Wasn't like there was any special handling! That's a bit steep! But I love my System 76 laptop and my husband loves his!

This one-of-a-kind arm64 server, ordered on 05/20/2026, and received the day before yesterday, works out of the box for the most part. It was easy to get the server connected to the LAN for remote administration. The System76 team also included a VGA-to-HDMI adapter for troubleshooting purposes, in case known issues with the NVIDIA graphics driver arise on arm64. Other minor issues might still be encountered, such as the custom hardware add-ons (e.g., WiFi and Bluetooth, extra SSD) not being detected by the software out of the box. Overall, I am satisfied with this server so far, despite the glitches.

Frequent contact from support, and a pretty rapid Turn-around-time for the repair even with ground shipping. The machine was returned FAR cleaner than it was submitted, and several informational tags that had worn off were replaced.

I really wanted to love this purchase. I like System76 hardware, I like the Lemur Pro design, and I’ve had good impressions of their products before. The laptop also arrived quickly with rush assembly and overnight shipping, which I paid for because I needed it for upcoming work.
Unfortunately, the unit arrived with a defective internal display. The laptop itself booted, and an external monitor worked, but the built-in screen stayed blank. After some troubleshooting, it was clearly a physical display or cable issue: the display would only work if I pressed on the back of the screen assembly.
Support was responsive and polite. They replied quickly and suggested a simple internal cable check I could try if comfortable. I appreciated that, and I did try the recommended check, but the issue appeared to be elsewhere in the display assembly.
The disappointing part is that I paid extra for rush assembly and overnight shipping, but because the laptop arrived defective, I still ended up spending time troubleshooting, emailing support, repacking the unit, driving to UPS, dropping it off, and waiting through the replacement cycle. In practice, I paid for speed but will receive a working laptop much later than expected, likely on a timeline closer to standard assembly and delivery.
I want to like this company, and the support person I dealt with was helpful. But the out-of-box defect and replacement process made the overall experience very disappointing before I even got a working unit. This feels like the kind of issue that could have been caught by a basic display check before shipping. I don’t like having to spend my own time resolving a problem with hardware that arrived defective, especially after paying extra to get it quickly.

Shipping was fast, even without the 3 day express service. Customer service was responsive to questions about packaging. Steam installed with no problems and my Community DayZ servers and all the Mods downloaded seamlessly. Just had to set Steam to ignore controllers for my mouse to work.

I learned about System 76 when I decided to move more of my computers over to linux and needed a new laptop for travel. I downloaded pop os and put it on a family computer and set up my workstation to dual boot from bios (I still need windows for a work application, so kept pop and windows on entirely separate partitions with their own boot managers so windows can't overwrite it). My experience with Pop was great, and after comparing a few models decided to get the lemur. It's light, easy to travel with, and doesn't waste my time. Just what I wanted. I bought some swag and a bag because I like the system 76 mission and ethos--it was great to discover the product and buyer experience really backs it up.

The computer shipped without Wifi and without the Camera. When will those arrive? The computer works flawlessly. I would buy the same computer again from System76. I worried about Copy Fail bug but it turns out from the Canonical release I saw today that 26.04 LTS was never vulnerable even when it first shipped. This is my first plunge into Linnux. Consider me a newbie!

There needs to be more pro-active communication regarding the status of orders. Clearer communication on lead times for production at the time of order would also improve your customer experience. This can easily be automated via email or improvements on your account orders page to update your customers on the status of their orders.
That said, I did receive a response within 24 hours after having contacted your customer support team to inquire about my order.

I just love the little guys beating up the big guys that are pulling the hood's over peoples eyes. I've been a developer in the Windows world since 2000. Started in the Novel Networking era but switched to the M$oft world cuz that's where the money's at. Always dabbled in the linux world compiling the OS for hours in the old days and using all kinds of open software like Apache, MySql, Perl, Php,etc. I recently just got tired of being spied on and being nothing but a data point. So I took the leap a couple months ago with a System76 WS with Pop Os! and Cosmic. I trade options so had some issues getting the software working that I needed but AI helped me with all of it.
Gotta love/hate AI. If people figure out how much M$oft and others are tracking and categorizing them, maybe they will make the switch. It's really not a big deal and companies like System76 make it as easy as is possible. Love my new laptop.... :-)

Great computer and I really like Pop OS. My only tiny complaint is that I would have preferred the Meerkat to have been padded a little better inside of its packaging. Everything was fine when it got here but as an ex-Apple user I was accustomed to much tighter packaging.
