Beautiful piece
So well made & the engraving is so well done! Partner is super pleased with his new sentimental bracelet.
The girls were super helpful after my fat finger typed in a wrong number & had to contact them to get it changed. They were awesome at sorting this out for me & were great at replying to me quickly & making sure everything was correct.

i bought a personalised necklace for one of my best friends birthdays with the name of her aunty who passed away 5years ago because she had had a really close relationship with her and so she seemed to love it soo much more not only because it was the same as her mums tattoo but because it’s real jewellery and won’t tarnish.

It's Perfect!
The ordering process was straightforward and easy to follow. The build quality is perfect, very good craftsmanship. My only suggestion would be a way to track its production. Since it's made to order it's understandable that it would take longer than a normal off-the-shelf product so it will be nice to be kept in the loop of how its going.

Dainty font & Script font
Dainty name necklace in silver: the font/name curves (like a smile) which I was not expecting.
Script name necklace in gold: love the font but the gold is very yellow and WAY more yellow than I would normally prefer. If I’d been able to view it in advance I would not have chosen gold based on this.
Very happy with the quality at this stage, the service was great and quick turnaround.

I’m was very excited to receive the…
Iwas very excited to receive the product, but unfortunately the finish work is not what I have expected. The necklace had marks on it ( not a polished look). The necklace looks like it’s been worn for a while for it to have those markings on it.
I have try to wipe it with a cloth but the markings are like scratches on necklace not just on the surface where you can wipe and come off.
