The table base is fabulous! I ordered the base to support a Cambria quartz tabletop. Tablebase.com’s customer support is EXCELLENT. Jacob took my order and timed shipment to have the base arrive in our home as we returned from a trip. It arrived spot on time!!

My table base did not come with the…
My table base did not come with the screws necessary to add the top. I called and the customer service rep & said they would be sent out. When we went to put the top on the table I realized I also did not receive the two plates needed to attach the table top to the base & had to call customer service again to have those sent to me. I am a professional interior designer & the time it took me to coordinate the additional pieces to be sent out, re scheduling my team to assemble the table and headache of calling customer service it wasn’t worth it. Good quality product but supply chain is missing a few links.

The Murano 4 is an attractive
The Murano 4 is an attractive, well made and heavy base.
The first base arrived with shipping damage. I talked with Jacob about a replacement. The customer service he provided was extraordinary! He shipped a new base out to me that same day. Well, the 2nd base arrived with more damage than the first.
I didn't have the heart to complain again as Jacob let me keep the first base. So now I have 2 slightly damaged bases, through no fault of Tablebases.com. Although I would suggest beefing up the packaging.

Very good service
I was not able to order online but the phone call was efficient then we communicated by email. The tabletop I ordered was discontinued in my first choice color but I was notified quickly and second choice was available. Shipping was fast.
