Good and Not so good
Shipping was prompt, selection was excellent. But quality was a little rough. There were a number of burrs on the castings I had to grind off so the parts would fit well enough for assembly.

the legs arrived quickly and were well packaged. I have opened one box and assembled the pieces and all seemed to go together just as described. I won't know exactly how they look until I finish building the table top and complete the assembly. so far so good

I give these guys five stars for trying.
They did not get my order right on the first attempt.
The custom length legs they cut for me were off by a couple of inches. Not good. But, what is good was the way they responded -- Instantly apologetic. Instantly recut the legs and sent them out. They arrived quickly and were the exact height they were supposed to be and they are absolutely gorgeous! Everyone makes mistakes. It’s the rare person, or company, that takes the blame and quickly makes things right.

Base was poorly packaged.
Base was poorly packaged and a cast iron part broke into multiple pieces. Their customer service people were great though and sent out a new part quickly.

I located the company online and after review, contacted customer service. The bases I needed were not standard but they worked with me to order custom made sizes. The product was delivered quickly, less than five days, and they are very sturdy, assembly was simple.

Terrible. I ordered tablebase for my eat-in kitchen. I got the wrong size rod then I emailed the salesperson for the replacement. He is too busy. I waited for a month. I decided to cut off the rod to fit in. The rod has not to arrive
