Express Tablecloths & Textiles Ltd Reviews

Beware no returns and very poor colour matches to real item. I missed the small lozenge that said order samples. the Seafoam green on Damask Rose material is completely different to the web photo. It's bright green!! A waste of £30!!

Alan was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Quality is great and delivery was fast, even for custom made item. Thoroughly impressed.

A big thankyou to Express Tablecloths & Textiles. After having searched suppliers to provide an usual shaped dining table for a tablecloth to fit - I contacted Express to ask for help. 5 stars is not enough of a rating they provided a unique service providing exactly what was needed, so quickly at a very reasonable cost.
Thanks for good old fashioned service

Exceptional service from Alan. Slight error on my order that was rectified quickly and efficiently. Good communication. Excellent quality tablecloths. Highly recommend. Good old fashioned service.

Our table protector still curls up in the corners after weeks of trying to flatten it. Not cheap at over £40 for an ordinary table.

Our fourth protector over the years - others from other suppliers have had no problems at all.

My made to measure order arrived very quickly and the quality of the tablecloths and napkins is excellent. There was an error with order but the correct replacements were received the following day! Can't recommend the Customer Service highly enough.

Express tablecloths are an excellent company. I ordered 2 bespoke tablecloths online because I have a strangely shaped table. When they went MIA and didn’t arrive, they took fast action and resupplied my order by express delivery. The cloths are lovely. Bright colours, accurately sized and of good quality. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you to the great team who work there. It’s a delight to deal with good people rather than bad AI! Val

I needed a bespoke table cloth and napkins on a tight deadline. The customer service was incredible, I was kept updated and I got my order on time.
I’ve now had two bespoke table cloths from them and both have been amazing quality. Would highly recommend!

My order was acknowledged and dealt with in a quick timely manner, getting it before Christmas was a bonus. The tablecloth was just what I wanted, it fitted well and was of good quality. Alan was extremely helpful in assisting me with a query. I have no hesitation in recommending Express Tablecloths & Textiles to friends and family.

Have used this company numerous times and I’ve always been delighted by their products and service. Today they went above and beyond : they called me because they noticed I’d made an error on my order and wanted to help me correct it -the guy I spoke to was professional and kind and ensured it would be despatched today in time for Christmas, despite it all being my fault -first class company, bravo! Wow! Absolutely outstanding service.

Ordered a custom size late on Sunday night, a week and a half before Christmas - and it was made and delivered first thing on Tuesday morning, a day and a half later. Quality is also outstanding too. Amazing!

In these times it is so freshing to find a company that cares for ones needs. The service was excellent as were the tablecloths I ordered. They were cut and finished to the precise size and the materials were of very good quality
Thank you

I’ve just had one of those ‘rare’ experiences where the help and care I was given was utterly amazing when ordering a tablecloth from Express Tablecloths & Textiles. I spoke to a gentleman called Ali who was absolutely determined that I would end up with the right thing. Ali spent so much of his valuable time ensuring I was completely satisfied. If only other businesses could take a leaf out of Ali’s book. Thank you!

Yet again, a top class tablecloth delivered next day. This company are just brilliant - excellent products and great customer service. This is the fourth tablecloth I've had from them. Simply the best!

I am really impressed with the quality of the table protector and tablecloth, they are exactly what I wanted and fit really well. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed of delivery time.
Thank you very much, I would definitely recommend.

Faultless
I’m recommending the company to all my friends as nobody seems to have “standard” tables
It fits, is the right colour and arrived on time. What ore do you want?
