Express Tablecloths & Textiles Ltd Reviews

I ordered an oval tablecloth late afternoon on the 12 December 2023 and requested delivery before Christmas if possible. Wow, the tablecloth was despatched that afternoon and an email sent informing of expected delivery date. I received the item today 14 December 2023 and I’m extremely pleased with the superb quality, colour etc. Not only is this a great service and product but a UK company so I’m more than happy to support, thank you Express Tablecloths & Textiles Ltd, I will definitely be using you again.

After writing a great review for this company, I checked my large order and realised a tablecloth was missing….

Hubby phoned and a cheerful chap answered. We received a very positive response. No challenge, just a swift apology - and as a bonus, the company sent us our missing order by ‘next day delivery’ and a second tablecloth by way of apology. I cannot recommend this wonderful company highly enough.

Fantastic customer service. I made an error in my order and emailed to explain I’d accidentally ordered the wrong size product. I received a reply the next day saying that they’d dispatched the correct size for me which arrived promptly. The table runner looks great on our new dining room table and the napkins feel good quality! Very pleased and will order again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Alan.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Customer Service, who answered my question within the hour! Amazing quality, and delivery second to none! Will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to family and friends!

Great customer service. We bought a beautiful rose damask table cloth in Sandalwood. Colour true to photos on web. Excellent quality and finish. Delivery was very quick with our order arriving within 48 hours. We also bought a table guardian which was the wrong size. Quickly rectified. Will buy again.

This company goes above and beyond to despatch a high quality product to exacting standards.
Superb communication all the way through the order process and very quick to despatch.
Great value for money. Their tablecloths are extremely well made.
I will most definitely be buying from Express Tablecloths again in the future.

I ordered a new made to measure tablecloth one afternoon and was astonished that it arrived within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I could not remove some creases so contacted the firm and included a photograph. I received an almost immediate reply with an apology and promise of an upgraded product. The replacement arrived the following day in perfect condition and the company also added a couple of sets of free napkins.

Great to receive such brilliant service when ting go slightly wrong. I will certailny use the company again.

Great helpful service and quick turnaround for custom made table cloth.
Highly recommend!

Great customer service and amazingly fast order fulfilment and delivery. I am thrilled with my new made-to-measure Christmas table cloth and napkins.

Received order the day after placing. Unfortunately tablecloth was wrong size. After one email they apologised and issued a new one which again was received the day after. Excellent customer service and excellent quality.

From discussing and ordering samples online to placing the final order and taking delivery; the process has been easy throughout with attentive and friendly service, where nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to fulfil our order and the delivered product is of great quality.

I found Express Tablecloths extremely helpful during my purchase. Very quick delivery.

Excellent company for price quality and service, definitely recommend

Absolutely fabulous customer service. I called them before placing an order just to check what kind of hems I should choose and Ali was so so helpful. I chose standard shipping and my runners arrived the next morning. They were beautiful but sadly the fabric didn't lie flat on the table. I called Ali and he made more in a different fabric (without me asking) and expedited delivery so they arrived the next day all at no charge. Honestly - if they made everything else I use clothes, household goods, cars ,,, they would be my one stop shop.

Excellent company with wonderful. customer service. I ordered 3 different tablecloths one of which was the wrong colour by mistake. They were really helpful and were very happy to put it right for me. All I needed to pay for was the postage. The replacement is perfect thank you.

I ordered some napkins which arrived today. They were not expensive but still a nice quality. The company also gave me extra napkins as a goodwill gesture. Much appreciated.
