Express Tablecloths & Textiles Ltd Reviews

I made an error on my measurements and Express Tablecloths sent me a second tablecloth only charging for the extra few centimetres and delivery. Excellent customer service!

Outstanding: prompt and accurate service. Ordered on Monday morning, delivered on Tuesday morning, exactly as ordered, and from a UK company.

A wonderful, attentive company. The product I had ordered was out of stock. They contacted me promptly, worked to understand my needs. They offered an excellent alternative and dispatched as a high priority item, as they knew it was for my son’s wedding.
Order was with me within 26 hours of their follow up call. Very personal and caring service. Highly Recommended

We bought four table cloths for extending table so two sizes. Amazing quality and sensible prices . Made to measure and delivered within 48 hours on standard delivery . Looking forward to Christmas selection.
Highly recommended.

Ordered an outdoor large round tablecloth . This was made to measure . When it arrived I was so pleased with the design and quality of the wipe clean product. When I put it on the table I noticed a small flaw so I contacted them and there customer service was excellent , our problem was resolved with no issue, would highly recommend .

Been looking for some time for an outdoor tablecloth with a split and zipper/velcro so you don't need to take a parasol out every time you use it. Came across this company - they provided exactly as needed with a huge selection of sizes and materials. Speedy delivery and friendly service.

Super-professional, friendly and accommodating team with a fantastic range of fabrics and speedy service.

Absolutely amazing service! Ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday. Confused by the negative review below about shipping not being shown. You can see shipping costs when you view your cart, and its also clearly displayed when you pay. The express option is pricey but you can select the standard delivery if you wish which is half the price. Thank you for a 5* service.

Ordered a bespoke table protector, which arrived within a decent time. Unfortunately there had been an error with the measurements so I emailed the company on Saturday to find out how we could resolve it. A new, correctly measured, table protector arrived on Monday. No fuss, no arguments, no delay. Was very happy with the end result.

At first I was unsure of ordering as I did know the company. However I am so glad I did my made to measure tablecloth was a perfect fit, very good material and lovely colour quick delivery. I will certainly order again especially if they do Christmas ones.

Delivery charge of £13.99 within the UK is ridiculous. I've never paid such a high amount for any amount. Even worse was that this didn't show up at the checkout stage of payment.
I have no issues with the product but wouldn't purchase further products due to the delivery charge. When I queried this, the companies response was "that's what the delivery company charge".
Disappointing response to what I believe is a genuine issue with their delivery policy and as a result I won't be a returning customer.
Decided to add the following update:
The table cloth washes exceptionally well.

Absolutely top notch customer service, speedy standard delivery and best of all good quality products. Delighted with my purchases and wholeheartedly recommend Express Tablecloths.

I ordered a made to measure tablecloth one day and it arrived at my Hertfordshire address the next day. Unfortunately it was the wrong size but Express sent out the right size and, again, it arrived next day. The lady I spoke to on the phone about the size was most helpful. Quality of cloth is good too!

Absolutely delighted with the quality of the tablecloths I ordered for Community Lunches...and so cheery! Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The exceptional helpful communication.
Very pleasant and polite gentleman on telephone.
An extremely lovely small tablecloth.
Excellently made and finished off.
Swift delivery.
You can’t ask for better service.
Tremendous!

What an amazing company and service. I spoke to someone yesterday afternoon to ask for advice then placed an order and my tablecloth and napkins have arrived this morning. The quality of the products is brilliant - I am genuinely delighted having searched high and low for something like this. I will definitely re-order and will recommend to others.
