I was looking for a TAFE course and instead got directed to a over priced online company which I had never heard of, that engaged in high pressure sales tactics to sign up for one of it's expensive online courses.

Can’t believe a cert iii costs $5K
When an entry level Cert III costs $5k and you have to complete two of them to meet prerequisite for employment in that sector without guarantee of employment and there’s no concession rate for someone over 50 with disabilities and unemployed then it’s impossible to undertake retraining. Tafe should not be referring enquiries to cost prohibitive RTOs.

Why collect all my details?
You don't need to collect my name, my email, and my phone number just so I can get the price of a course, or a course guide. Your practice is similar to "finder" type websites that just want your details to call you and then smash you with emails. I just wanted the price, not am ongoing relationship. You could simply say "if you would like a call or email from us or 《training provider》please put your contact details here. If you want a copy ofnthe course guide, we can email that to you".

I’ve just found out that I should have…complaint
I’ve just found out that I should have been offered the course to me funded by the govt I was not offered any thing like this and now feel I am stuck it’s a bill of nearly $4000 I don’t work I’ve never completed a cert three qualification and I don’t know who to talk to
