3 stars because the experience was decent overall. The service was good in some areas and met basic expectations. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

I was disappointed with my experience
I was disappointed with my experience. The lady I spoke to didn’t explain further after I asked about funding. She just kept repeating the same statement. You also do not have anything in place for hearing impaired or deaf people to study online if the course isn’t on campus.

I have only had repeated emails to fill out this response. I was contacted by Swinburne but the time they called was not convenient. They were to call me back at 4.30 pm but never did.

Looking for a business course in TAFE…
Looking for a business course in TAFE not a private entity….as soon as I put my details into a TAFE “recommended” course …. I am contacted immediately by phone …. This is harassment!!!
They didn’t like the fact that I wanted to see the details of the course before I signed up …. They wanted an immediate sign up, without me knowing the full details. Very disappointing, there is no chance I will sign up now and TAFE should not recommend private businesses

I would of liked to of been able to see…
I would of liked to of been able to see the course outline on the website like Universities provide instead of having to be rung about it and having it emailed to me over due course.
I didn’t wish to be rung over my inquiry so that frustrated me.
