Clarified requirement for entry level, however under present day need for assistance, the bar is too high and not of any immediate help.

Staff were helpful but just wanted all details emailed rather than needing a phone conversation first.

Very pressurised to enroll.
I needed time to submit my literary and numeracy quiz, which I said I'd do when my husband finishes work because I have two small children to look after, I was told the spots will be filled latest by 2pm and if I did not do it by then I would not stand a chance.

Thank you for the opportunity, but this sort of pressure does not fair well when you have 2 kids on hand and a full time working husband.

I choose not to go further because of the fear of being pressurised in the future.
We all want the best for ourselves, but added stress is not what we want.

The whole staff have been extremely patient and kind while I ponder the idea of study. My confidence is terrible but I feel comfortable with Tafe Frankston.

Really awesome help getting a great opportunity to advance my software development skills and presenting me with the best offer from different providers.
Definitely will recommend.

Tafecourses.com.au were very quick to reply to my inquiry. This has lead to me being able to enroll in a course that I wanted to.

I made an online enquiry and was advised I would be contacted by a consultant.
I am yet to hear back!!

The coordinator who assist me is very helpful and friendly also open to give her suggestions which is very important to someone who is asking for help and not much familiar with the course.

I found the TAFE website easy to navigate and enrolled in a course I was looking for on the same day. I will use it for the next course I am interested in.

Great customer service. The advisor made sure that I had the right information for the course I'm enrolling in; making sure if I understood and have any questions that I might like to ask about the course. Super nice, friendly and cool to talk to. Goes to show that Tafe does care and is patient to go through every step of the way with you

The response to my enquiry was very quick and efficient. The responder was very patient and because of my busy schedule allowed room to make an appointment to discuss courses at a time that was best for me. My person who handled my call was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. All my questions were answered and even items I had not contemplated were addressed. Helpful tips and examples from other people's experiences with study were offered. All in all an excellent way to start on my learning journey. Thank you for such a smooth start.

Staff were good getting back to me, but the course is way too expensive for someone my age.
