Paid for an order on 13th January. They keep saying it is in transit but still no goods on 25th Feb. Will be contacting the bank to do a chargeback, absolute joke of a company
Avoid at all costs

Strongly advise you steer clear. My next step is taking them to court as they really need to be stopped from scamming people .

Do not buy, they are SCAMMERS

This company is a scam, they don't deliver any products purchased. They barely communicate and take a very very long time to get back to you, and they lie about refunding your money.

If I could put no stars I would. Be aware tagdeal take your money, don’t deliver the item and make every excuse not to give you a refund. This started in December and still no refund in February. They are the most incompetent company I’ve ever purchased from (complete scammers) warning don’t go near them.

If I could rate zero I would. Constant delays, constant moving goal posts, poor communication. In the end, I recovered my money through my bank by raising a dispute. They continually break their contract so don’t waste time. If you have the same problem, email them requesting a refund and then go to your bank when they move the goal posts again, which they will

This company is taking peoples money without sending orders refusing refunds with no intention of sending the order,avoid them do not buy from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t even want to give them one star. 2.5 months to receive my order and only then because I chased and chased. Take ages to respond and do everything to avoid giving a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid these like the plague.

I am a happy customer as I received my product in excellent condition

Just like countless others I placed an order in early December hoping to have it by Christmas but still haven't received my item. Have emailed them three times now but haven't had any response. Luckily I used Klarna and after putting a hold on the payment they have kindly refunded me in full.

This company is a complete scam! I placed an order in December and minutes after I sent an email requesting them to cancel the order as I realised it was not the right product for me. They refused saying it had already been processed. We are now in February and still no sign of the order. On numerous occasions I have emailed requesting information on the order and on their returns policy and each time they respond with some delay tactics and ignore my request for their returns and refund policy. Now they say Royal Mail has lost it and they will resend the order even though they are well aware I do not wish to receive the order. Do not place any orders with this company, they have no intention of fulfilling the order but are very happy to take your money! I intend to take this matter further!

Total scam merchants. Ordered goods to value 40 pounds 24th December 2023 never received delivery, tried to get refund and still no response. Do not order from this company & like other reviews, wish I had read earlier reviews to have kept well clear.

This company is pathetic.
I made an order with them that was £40 on the 26th December 2023! It is now 12th February 2024 and I’ve still not received it!
I’ve emailed multiple times and they keep either telling me it’s going to be shipped out next week or that I’m going to get my money back and still neither!
It shouldn’t take this long! They take your money and don’t give you, your order. They’re scammers.
Do not buy from them.

Awful company I would not use them again. My order never arrived at all. Eventually they responded to me saying Yodel had lost the parcel and it would be reshipped but guess what it still never arrived. I was lucky to get a refund from my bank quickly, I recommend anyone to contact their bank if they do not receive goods.

Tagdeal are breaking the law and not trading fairly I ordered a Ralph Lauren tshirt as a Christmas present ,
I was not allowed to cancel the order as customer service do not respond . It took over a month to arrive and I still have not had a returns label sent out after numerous emails. Luckily I ordered through Klarna who have put my second payment on hold while they look into this . I have made Klarna aware of what they are doing and am hopeful that firstly Klarna will be able to make contact with them and most importantly thay will step in and make sure that this company is stopped from trading it is just not acceptable and many people like myself have been ripped off by this company .

Unfortunately I didn’t read the other reviews before I ordered, the t shirt was ordered on 7th Dec as a Christmas present. After a number of emails being ignored it arrived on 27th Jan far to late obviously for Christmas !
I’m now trying to return the item but guess what you need to email them first for return details & of course they are ignoring their email.
I have tried by phone, email & instagram to contact them but with no success.
This is a complete nightmare please don’t order from this company ( not sure if it even exist) it could be a scam please avoid don’t loose your money.

Useless Scamers! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them :(
I received the "wrong" item weeks after they said my order would arrive. I want to return it but they won't send me a returns label or even tell me where to send it back (even at my own expense)! Phone number doesn't work and they are ignoring all of my emails now. Klarna is investigating on my behalf. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep well away from this Name they are FAKE,Take your money an run My Bank as as got mine bck they are SCUM!!!!
